Amazing! 3 women showed up right on schedule and worked very hard for many hours to finish the job. I was told that it might take 2 days, and was happy with that, but the girls worked incredibly hard and efficiently that they finished in one day. It was awesome to have the next day free for myself. My husband and I moved to the area 16 months ago and bought a house that had been vacant and somewhat neglected for years. We have many windows and many rooms, so when our outdoor and remodeling projects became a bit overwhelming for us, I decided to call someone to clean our windows and home. Glass Slipper was a perfect fit for us. The girls are amazing and the price was so reasonable. I have never had anyone else clean my home before so I was skeptical and a bit embarrassed. Dannielle, the owner, was so understanding about my concerns and has been lovely to work with. I now have Leah coming to my home every two weeks to clean. We agreed on a price that fits our individual needs and is incredibly reasonable. My husband and I travel a lot for work, and after only 2 visits with Leah I am completely comfortable leaving her a key to clean when we are not home. I would highly recommend Glass Slipper Cleaning!

Danielle came and gave an estimate, and the crew came and did an excellent job on the appointed date. We we very pleased with their service.

Took advantage of Groupon offer to try out house cleaning for first time. My goal was to have floors cleaned (kitchen and hallways) along with bathrooms cleaned. During pre-visit discussion with Danielle she assessed that two people for two hours each would cover that. Leah and Jessica arrived a few minutes early. Both were friendly, polite and professional. After reviewing the plan and walking through the rooms, they got to work. In addition to the specifics I requested, they were able to complete additional tasks in the time allotted including vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of appliances and counter tops. End results was the cleaning I wanted plus some. The service was a great value. Danielle called to follow up after the visit and ensure the result met my expectations. I'd recommend Glass Slipper and use them again.

I have been so impressed with Danielle, and Glass Slipper Cleaning. I have a very large home that was in desperate need of a spring cleaning! Being a stay at home Mom, I felt I should be able to do all the cleaning myself, I was too proud to admit I was in over my head. But I finally decided I needed some help...enter, Angie's List! Danielle, the owner of Glass Slipper Cleaning, came in to give a quote and get an idea of what she was up against! She did not waste any time! She went from room to room finding dust and dirt in places I hadn't even thought to look! Part of me was a little horrified that I had let so much slip, but then a bigger part of me knew I needed this badly! Danielle sent a crew over on the dates we had decided upon, everyone was on time and got right to work. They were incredibly thorough, moving every piece of furniture to get behind and under it, always working as a team to move the furniture, so as not to damage anything. They washed walls, baseboards, switch plates, light fixtures (including chandeliers), every single knick knack, pictures on the walls, windows...basically every single exposed surface and beyond! In the kitchen, they emptied out every cabinet, cleaned all the shelves, dusted anything that was in them (they even dusted my spices!), they cleaned up on top of the cabinets and also washed the cabinet faces. I have a professional 48" gas range, they disassembled all the parts they could, cleaned them completely and cleaned the ovens...it looks brand new! One of the poor girls even cleaned my fridge and freezer! She drew the short straw on that one! In all, it took a few days to complete, like I said, it's a large house! The crew that came over were such a pleasure to be around, just good people who take pride in what they do. Danielle is an excellent business owner, she takes immense pride in her company and it's reputation. She would either come for inspection every day and/or call to make sure I was pleased with the job and progress. If there was something she managed to find that wasn't to her liking, she would definitely make sure it was taken care of. And if there had been anything that wasn't to my liking, I know she would have taken care of that too. I was so pleased with the results, I now have them coming on a weekly basis to help maintain all the hard work they put in! They are always on time, friendly and so thorough, I couldn't be happier! I a strong believer in giving credit where it's due, and Danielle and all of her hard working employees have definitely earned it! I have been recommending them to all my friends!

The job that was done was astonishing! I never realized how bad my previous cleaner was until the house was cleaned. The owner of Glass Slipper Cleaning is a pleasure to work with and is very flexible. I see every little flaw and she picked up the same ones I did so I knew it was a match made in heaven. I would highly recommend this provider and I now have them comne every other week.

The crew arrived an hour late. However, I was impressed by their professionalism and the attention they gave to each and every nuke and corner. I didn't have to tell them anything. They left my home spotless. I'll definitely recommend them to others.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. MY STOVE ALMOST LOOKS BRAND NEW ON THE INSIDE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. THEY ALSO DID A GOOD JOB ON THE BEDROOM. THE CARPET GUY WAS VERY NICE AND AFFICANT. HE DID A VERY NICE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FREINDS.

The owner of Glass Slipper cleaning arrived at my house to perform the initial estimate. She was in a bit of a hurry due to traffic and other things she needed to get accomplished. She was very professional and clearly knew what she was doing as she moved through 2000+ square feet in just under 15 minutes. I was impressed that she looked in almost every drawer and closet and ran her fingers on most surfaces in every room. The owner explained what I could expect from a toothbrush caliber cleaning of the house which included steam cleaning all the carpets. Afterwards the owner sent me a written estimate for 1075 dollars for the cleaning. On the day of the cleaning the crew coming to my house was approximately 2 hours late because of a very intensive cleaning that had been scheduled earlier in the day. They were due to arrive at 10 am and actually arrived at Noon so just as an aside be sure that you are available just in case the cleaning team is running behind. The cleaning team was very professional and after a quick walk through of the house they got to work. The rug cleaners showed up later in the day and were also very professional. Everything was complete, by about 6 pm and I returned to the house to survey the work. I cannot overstate how good a job Glass Slipper did. The entire house was spotless. Every inch of every surface was sparkling. All the cobwebs were gone. Every hardwood floor looked new. They washed every wall and even cleaned off the tops of the molding around the frames of the doors and windows! The entire house smelled like lemons and linens it was quite incredible. The carpets felt brand new under my feet and even though my plan is to remove most of them anyway it was worth it to get the cleaning done for the time being as well. Finally the pièce de résistance: When the owner sent me the final bill she actually lowered the price! The crew had done a perfect job and completed everything early so the owner passed that discount to me. You don't get that kind of service any more! I will point out one thing so I don't mislead anyone. My new house was completely empty making it much easier to move through quickly and the cost of the cleaning reflects that. I would expect cleaning my house now with all my gear in it would be more expensive as there would be furniture to shift and things to move around. Other than the crew being late which was perfectly understandable you cannot go wrong with Glass Slipper Cleaning.

They were fantastic. They are very good. The owners is terrific. He is hands on. He came out, was prompt and returns calls. He was there the first day we called them to come take a look and gave us a quote. I was extremely happy.

Danielle and her crew were very professional and did a fantastic job. They did a top to bottom job that is simply too numerous for me to type here. My house was beautiful. It's the best it has been cleaned in a long time.

Be very careful when hiring this company !! I sought an initial estimate and hired Glass Slipper Cleaning because they were the lowest estimate that I received. I agreed to the estimate and paid for half of the services up front. On the day of the cleaning, the owner of the company attempted to change the number of hours required for the job several times during the cleaning process. She left several times during the day to give out other estimates and was not there for the last three hours that her team was on the job. I gave very specific instructions on what I needed to have done and she and her team decided to do other things that I had not requested. They wasted time on unnecessary items and left furniture all over the place instead of returning it to its original place. They also neglected to finish one of the rooms and left the kitchen floor very dirty. The end result was that I was charged twice the amount of the initial estimate. When I mentioned my complaints to the owner, she told me that they were petty items. When I refused to pay the entire amount that she requested, I was threatened with legal action. The owner of this company is rude, very unprofessional and a bully. Her workers were very pleasant and diligent, but I would not recommend this company. There are plenty of other companies that provide the same type of service that have better ratings and reviews and won?t try the low ball method of selling their services. This company requires extensive supervision and monitoring, be very vigilant if you hire them.

I think the job was good. However, for the job they did it was way overpriced. I have had deep cleanings spending no more than $400 and Danielle charged me $1,300. I agreed to that price when she gave me her estimate. She told me everything would get done. Every corner, everything. Some things were great and some were not. They got things that were not obvious things, but then missed the obvious things. simple things like the vacuuming was not thorough. Kitchen cabinets were not cleaned. You could give them a try just be cautious with how much she charges. I was charged $35 per person per hour. She had 2 "just filling in" people. So they were much slower and also were getting on the job training. So the time it was taking to show them how to do it, Cost me more money.

Danielle from Glass Slipper Cleaning responded to my inquiry within two days. She came to personally meet us and give us an estimate and background on her business within 24 hours after that. She was professional, presented me with her insurance bonding, explained her business, how she hires, checks that she does. We were very pleased at the professionalism from a young woman. I had the house First Time Deep Cleaned (the equivalent to fall cleaning of the old days) We were originally scheduled for the 20th but Hurricane Sandy hit and we had to put it off for several days. Although the time was off by an hour for arrival due to a schedule conflict, Danielle more than made up for it. The first woman she sent in was wonderful, jumped right in to clean and man..did she clean. Danielle came an hour after that and brought another woman with her. The three tackled my house and it sparkled and shined when they were done. They did every nook and cranny with the exception of what I told them not to do (ie: inside my hutch that I do due to breakables) They moved furniture, got baseboards, windowsill, cabinets, inside and outside of appliances, ceiling fans, behind the bed, on top of picture frames..well...you get the idea. I had hired a "nationally known" cleaning company several years ago who charged more than this and did half the job. My husband and I are pleased and will be hiring Glass Slipper Cleaning for every other week cleaning ($90.00) starting in mid November. I will revise this review as needed but if Danielle continues to send the same people and they do as good a job as they did I will have no complaints. I would recommend this service!
