They were professional and did a great job.

Two women arrived and quickly got to work cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, general cleaning) family room, formal living room and half bath. Two women got quite a bit done in one hour – took care of the stuff that I hate to do like dusting blinds, wiping baseboards and doors.

The ladies who cleaned for us were great! They were professional and friendly. They did a thorough job and stayed late until it was all completed.

They did more cleaning then I expected, great job.

Have now had four different sets of cleaning people from Glass Slipper. All have been excellent; hard working, attention too detail, very professional. This is in marked contrast to my last cleaners, who were lax in all those areas. Would absolutely recommend.

They did excellent job cleaning three bathrooms. Due to amount of debris accumulate in months, it took longer time for them to clean three bathrooms. But you can see the effort that they put on the cleaning. And rooms completely change the way how it look.

It went very well. Two women arrived on time for the two-hour cleaning special; they brought their own cleaning supplies, asked me what I wanted them to focus on and got to work right away. They worked without stopping for the full hour and did a great job. I would hire this company again.

Two helpers showed up and did their best to get everything packed. Although unfamiliar with how to put boxes together and packing basics, they were eager to learn. Moving is a stressful event and I appreciated their help. When something valuable was misplaced, I called the owner of the company. After several back and forth communications and clarifications, one of the women came back and was able to locate the valuables. I felt that this issue could have been handled more professionally as the owner was very defensive. I just wanted help located the objects. The owner then requested that I pay the worker for travel and time to locate the missing objects.

Two young women came together and spent an hour cleaning the main rooms. Good job, very pleasant and hard working. Did a nice job.

Owner responded quickly. They could not come within the time i needed. They are basically out of my area. ]They wanted $40.00 traveling money. Were very nice but did not work for me.

I finally found a cleaning company that pays attention to the details I requested in the initial interview. Bathrooms are a particular concern of mine, since we have a baby who I'm bathing all the time. You really see all the details when you're eye level with the shower door track! We are very happy with the service. I highly recommend Glass Slipper Cleaning.

Glass Slipper did an outstanding job. The owner, did a pre-visit and took care to note what I needed and my preferences. Three women showed up to clean and they went right to work. They moved items and furniture and cleaned under and in back of items. They cleaned the ceiling fans, floors, wood cabinets, etc. They got the cobwebs and baseboards - the things most other cleaners completely miss or ignore. I'm very happy with the professionalism and work ethic of Glass Slipper. I will hire them again.

Melissa and Melissa came the first time to do a deep clean. My house neede it. They were very thoroug. My shower shines. The owwner came out first and went through each room and made a list of what was to be done. I hired them to come every other week and am very happy with the team and the company.

Over the weekend we sent an inquiry to Glass Slipper to get an estimate for our home to be cleaned. Danielle responded within 24 hours and stopped by on Monday to provide us a written estimate. We didn?t expect such a quick turn around, our house has already been cleaned this week! Including the windows! She had a team of 5 show up to do an initial deep cleaning, they were in and out within 2 hours! She also helped to facilitate someone to come clean our carpets. We couldn?t be happier!

The owner of Glass Slipper was incredibly responsive the first time we reached out for pricing on her services. She came right out on a Sunday, even, to provide a walk through an initial price for us. She put some of her best people on our house and they have done a very good job ever since. There was some turnover because one of cleaning folks left to work from home and another relocated but the owner, Danielle, responded immediately and professionally and helped to re-train the new ladies that were coming to clean our home. The new ladies have now been on our job for a few weeks and have done a great job getting up to speed on what we need for our weekly vs. bi-weekly cleanings. Overall, I find these folks efficient, very nice, trustworthy, and they do a great and thorough job of cleaning our house. I would definitely recommend them to others.

These girls arrive on time ready to rock and they don't stop working for the entire time they are here. It takes 2 girls to clean my house from top to bottom in 2 hours. They dust everything, they polish, sanitize and clean every nook and cranny. They do baseboards, they clean around all the crevices, they vacuum every inch of the house, the dust the picture frames, they clean the windowsills they get in the corners!! No stone is left unturned! Really great job. These girls make my house sparkle and they are such worker bees. I am very pleased with Glass Slipper and will continue to use them going forward. Nice girls that do a fabulous job! My house is immaculate and smells so good when they leave for days after, I don't have to do anything. Thank you!

Danielle, the owner of Glass Slipper Cleaning, responded to my initial telephone call within in 24 hours and scheduled a convenient time the following weekend to come and give me an estimate. She was completely profession -- asked all of the questions you want asked when hiring someone to clean. I was interested in having the heavy cleaning done, and then arranging for cleaning every other week. She was very sensitive to my schedule, and quickly arranged the first cleaning at my convenience. The morning of the job, Danielle's employees, Jessica & Melissa arrived right on time. I took them through the house and we discussed all of the things they would be doing and they got right to work. These two women were professional, capable and very competent. They completed their work in the time they had estimated for the job, and when they left - my home was clean, fresh and polished. I was so pleased with both the personalities and work of Jessica & Melissa that I contacted Danielle and asked if they could possibly be the ones to do my bi-weekly cleanings going forward. I'm happy to say that they will be. I have used house cleaners for over 30 years -- and I have never had such an overall positive experience. I would recommend Glass Slipper Cleaning without hesitation. I thank the others who gave this company a positive rating, it encouraged me to call them -- and that has turned out to be a good thing.

TIDIED UP KIDS BEDROOMS, MADE BEDS. SPARKLING BATHROOMS AND GREAT JOB CLEANING MY KITCHEN! CLEANED OUT THE FRIDGE, OVEN AND MICROWAVE, CLEANED ALL APPLIANCES. WINDOWS ARE SPARKLING! VACUUMED AND MOPPED ALL THE FLOORS AND VACUUMED UPHOLSTRY.

Danielle's team did an amazing job of cleaning our slate and hardwood floors! The house was left smelling fresh and clean, the kitchen looked bright and clean, and we were very happy!

I looked through Angie's List and read ALL the reviews for home cleaning companies in my area and made only ONE phone call... To Danielle with "The Glass Slipper". What a "find"! Danielle made an appointment to come by my house, and gave me an estimate.. We agreed on what I wanted done, the price and the date. I used her Angie's List $250.00 "The Big Deal" coupon to start. Three of her ladies arrived on the agreed upon date and went to town on my house!!! Never stopping until it was done to my satisfaction. The girls are hard working, polite, well trained and professional. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Danielle's company. It took a little more time then Danielle originally thought, but that's to be expected the first week... And the house needed a little extra cleaning!!! The girls will be coming back every other week!!! Great Job! I highly recommend The Glass Slipper!!!

The cleaning services were prompt, thorough, and a big improvement for our home. The correspondence with the company from the initial contact, to the estimate, to the actual day of cleaning was clear, courteous, and timely. We were very pleased with how sparkling clean our house was. We look forward to having this cleaning service maintain our home with regular cleaning schedule.

Showed up 25 minutes late for quote. Not a big deal but a quick phone call would have been nice especially after changing the first estimate date. Communication felt rushed over the phone and a bit impersonal. Two other companies spent a good 15 minutes with us going through the house and this was maybe 5 minutes at the most! Price for initial deep cleaning was 90 dollars more than both other companies. Also a toll charge and 10 dollars travel fee is a bit strange. Had a company from Lowell give me a quote for the same distance and doesn't charge this. This is the cost of doing business. Cordially I told her I would get back to her either way which we did and not even a reply back of thank you for getting back to me or sorry to hear maybe in the future if things don't work out please consider us again....something of that nature. I still could have been a potential customer in the future since the bi-weekly estimate was not far off from my other quotes even with the travel charge. I get the good reviews they may do great work but this just was my experience.
