"Great. Intial call to them to obtain estimate was answered by real person , polite, courteous and quite informative. Devin made site visit next day and called me back as promised with a price, how long it would take, and other info I needed to know. A price and start day for project was agreed upon. On that day, KT Cleanouts arrived bright and early and worked throughout the day , finishing in about 6-7 hours which is what I was told earlier. the final price matched the estimate, the pool completely dismantled and the material all taken away. Site left clean as a whistle. I was quite satisfied"
