+ -1 moreGreat. Intial call to them to obtain estimate was answered by real person , polite, courteous and quite informative. Devin made site visit next day and called me back as promised with a price, how long it would take, and other info I needed to know. A price and start day for project was agreed upon. On that day, KT Cleanouts arrived bright and early and worked throughout the day , finishing in about 6-7 hours which is what I was told earlier. the final price matched the estimate, the pool completely dismantled and the material all taken away. Site left clean as a whistle. I was quite satisfied

+ -1 moreEverything was fine until we received a bill a month later with unexpected fees - $40 for a "5-day extended rental" never requested - they picked it up 5 days later than the pick-up date written on their contract saying they were busy & forgot about it - $20 Mattress Disposal Fee for a futon mattress the owner said no fee would be charged for - if he said there was a fee, we could have just scheduled FREE pick-up with our regular trash collection provider Called Office to question & contest fees but Office refused to remove them

+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. They removed the items with no incidental damage to our house. I thought that the price was an incredible bargain. Bob Gouveia was a very friendly and intelligent guy. They quickly realized a clever way to remove the stove safely.
Description of Work: Remove a very heavy metal stove sitting in a small trailer, an exercise bike, a heavy treadmill, six heavy pieces of wallboard, and some plastic items. Removing the stove from the trailer was a particularly challenging problem.

Description of Work: I've used kt clean outs twice in Melrose. Once was to remove a stone filled water heater, the other to haul away various debris.
