He routinely checked in on our timing and was able to accommodate us quickly once we were ready for the wood to be installed. The crew was amazing—courteous, polite, and extremely hard-working. They ensured everything was done to our satisfaction and even stayed late on the final day to complete the job and clean up. Their work was excellent. It’s worth noting that the lumber company—not Minuteman—delivered some boxes of the wrong color wood. Steve was extremely responsive, ensured the mistake was corrected, and made sure it did not delay the project. To me, that is the mark of a great contractor. The team even repaired our bathroom subfloor, which was outside the scope of the project. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we truly appreciate the team’s dedication to the project. The floors look fantastic!"
