I had a problem where my propane tanks moved and were leaning against my house. I scheduled an appointment to have the tanks moved back and leveled. The gentleman, Josh, arrived on time. Consulted with me on how I would like it fixed. Offered an excellent suggestion of mounting them on round disks atop a bed of stone. This would keep them level and added benefit allow my dogs to actually see that there are no chipmunks under the tanks. Josh, was professional and very polite. In all fairness I am a long time customer of Palmer Gas and have never been disappointed in the quality of their business, Service, Sales, and front office (pre-Covid). Because of this, I intend to remain a customer and recommend them to anyone in the market for an excellent fuel company.

Gary from Palmer Gas was very helpful and pleasant during a courtesy visit to our new home. He reviewed the safety information and was comprehensive in providing information about how to maintain and our gas system. The office personnel immediately made you feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Palmer Gas for your needs!

Through the several steps of getting this generator project done Palmer was on time and on task always. Their communication is outstanding from Michelle's initial visit and proposals through tank delivery by Corey and most centrally through all of Steve's installation work and coordination with inspectors, electricians and me. Two weeks later first power outage and everything worked like a charm. I just started with Palmer four months ago and added oil delivery and service to my generator work and I've been pleased with everything in the office and field. Very grateful.

We were having an issue with our heating unit leaking water everywhere in our basement. David from Palmer Gas & Oil came out to do our safety check and after giving us a passing grade, immediately starting working on our problem. We did not have to call to have someone else come out after the safety check was done. David took care of the issue while he was there. He was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He had our problem taken care of in no time. Awesome customer service!

I have been a Palmer customer for 5 or 6 years at least. My experience with the front office and the technicians has always been great. We have always been on automatic oil fill and we have never had an issue. My most recent experience was today - we needed a service and a replacement part. The technician was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time (David). He also had a more junior team member with him (Domenic) who was very respectful as well. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!

I have been a customer of Palmer Gas & Oil for three years--- for 2.5 years as an oil customer, and 6 months as a gas customer. They have always been great. The deliveries are prompt and regular, they provide a discount when you pay your bill within ten days, and a real person always answers the phone--- no automated operators to cause frustration. And, as a renter, I had several questions about the heating system in my new place-- and the technician was extremely helpful, and provided me with additional safety tips. I also really appreciate that they are a small, locally-owned company. I had heard about them from word-of-mouth and been very happy; I did not include information about cost as I have chosen to stick with a local company I am familiar with rather than shopping around.

I have been a Palmer Gas customer for over 15 years. Most recently changed over to hot water on demand. Palmer Gas provides my propane gas needs. The staff is helpful and responsive. The Pre-Buy program is fair and a great way to budget changing energy costs.

Simply Amazing! It sounds a little cheesy when you first hear it, but their customer service reps truly do what they can to make your oil needs "simply amazing". The process is always fast and simple which makes my life that much easier. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I had a no heat call the first year of owning my home in Salem, NH and Palmer was there to change the igniter and get my family warm again.

From getting the quote to having the job completed, everything was done professionally and pleasantly. The process was straightforward and moved forward at the correct pace. Everyone that was part of the process in the office and staff performing the work was great to interact with. They also had a great team spirit and you could tell they were treating each other with respect. All work was completed ahead of schedule and they shared insight and tips on using and maintaining the equipment. The area was cleaned up upon completion. They were great to interact with and made the job go smoothly.

They offer discounts for prompt payment, great delivery service and quick service for the installation. 10 year customer and wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have our propane services through Palmer Gas & Oil for the past 3 years and I have never had a single complaint. On the contrary, they have always provided prompt service, they automatically refill our tanks and leave us a slip on our door and also email us an electronic receipt. I've won Ski Lift tickets from their ongoing raffles and they even have a fun filled customer appreciation event every year that our family loves to attend. They have always been amazing but suprisingly today after 3 years of service was the first time we ever met someone from the company, because we usually can get them right away on the phone (Best part no automated voice command system, you don't have to talk to a machine - you get a representative right away!) and they service our tanks throughout the day when we are at work. We needed to have our tanks moved since the deck is being refinished, and today the nicest service technician I've ever met by the name of Rick came to our home and moved our tanks free of charge. Meeting Rick really made me want to take a moment to acknowledge what an amazing company Palmer Gas is from their customer phone representatives, to their technicians, to all the wonderful things they do for their clients. We’ve been using Palmer Gas for about ten years now, and are very happy with their service. They installed our propane system for both our gas fireplace, and whole house generator. Their salesman, Steve, was super helpful through the whole process. It’s always enjoyable to do business with a very family owned and oriented business. They have a convenient location for help should the phone lines/Internet ever be down during an extended power outage.

A's overall for everything. I mean, what do you look for in an oil provider? They deliver the oil when it's needed. My expectations are low in that regards as long as they can deliver the oil and do that, they've met my expectations .

One person came out to make the delivery. I can't really thing of anything they would need to improve on.

All went wonderful!! The technician was right on time he even called me prior to showing up! He was friendly, professional and explained the entire process to me. First time we used Palmer Gas to service our heating/boiler system which was the yearly cleaning. Although there was an issue with the system he took the extra time to ensure that all was working well for us and NEVER charged us extra he blew out the system and corrected the issue!! In today's times a lot of companies charge every dime they can, NOT Palmer, this was wonderful and good news on our part, having beat cancer, our funding is VERY low and it was nice to have such a professional technician not only correct the issue but to keep to the pricing! Would recommend them in a heart beat!

I have a propane furnace...had no heat - called Palmer, someone was out within 1/2 hr, had part in truck..heat back on within the hour. The techs are really great, I have a 13 yr old furnace and they don't try to sell me anything..they just fix it. Highly recommended...

We recently lost our furnace to a crack, and we chose Palmer Gas for the new furnace. We decided to go from oil to propane gas, seeing we also had Palmer put in a generator (direct hook-up to the home) in July. The furnace was replaced in a day (they said they wouldn't leave until it was done). Palmer has professional people working for them who know their stuff, from sales to the installation. I give them 5 stars!!

The service was just fine. It took them one morning. They are also my fuel source and they are very good.

We have been with them since we moved to this home. They are a little more expensive. Once a man came and filled our tank, the propane came out and went into the garage. It was smelly and there was not much that they could have done for it. I was concerned with how much I paid and how much was lost. They are easy to deal with.
