Keith responded by email early the morning after the deal was purchased via AngiesList. He came out that afternoon to review the work to be done and was there later that week to complete everything. The crew was fast and efficient, and everything we talked about doing was done perfectly. They even took the time to clean up the small debris that was left in the yard area. A great experience overall, and I will be hiring them again for a much bigger job clearing out several large trees on the property.

Healey Tree did a great job. After the harsh winter, I had several big trees that needed trimming and several that had broken limbs or were leaning over from other trees that had fallen. Healey Tree contacted me promptly and made arrangements to view the property right away. Shortly afterwards, they handled all of the work I had requested. Healey Tree was professional, prompt and did exactly what I wanted. The property looks much, much better and I won't have to worry when the next storm hits. I strongly recommend them. Give how expensive tree work can be, I thought the "big deal" was a great deal!

The job went perfectly. Keith and his team arrived exactly as promised at 7 AM and set up the crane to remove the trees with the least impact on my property as possible. They hand raked the yard and cleaned up the remaining debris to the point that you cannot tell they were here, except for the fact that so many large trees have been removed. The owner, Keith, was personally on site for my entire job, and made sure every step was executed flawlessly. This is an honest, reasonably priced service company that I strongly recommend to any potential customers! They finished the job quickly, cleanly, and with the least disruption possible to my family.

The job was done extremely well. Their team was very efficient and professional and did more than I asked for a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with the work they did so I can install a fence this spring!

Keith came out the day I called them to give us an estimate. Extremely professional and personable. Gave us the estimate, which I wanted to run by our insurance company first. They approved it, so I called Keith, and he scheduled for 3 days later to come out and take care of the trees. He arrived with 4 helpers - they were quick, efficient, and very conscientious - they worked continually until all was completed. The yard was cleaned afterwards - we were very happy with the results.

It was a very good deal for the price that I paid.

The crew was on time and finished work in about 4 hours. Yard was cleaned up of debris. Owner was friendly and courteous.

He was easy to work with. He came to give me an estimate. Once I signed the contract, he came to do the work. He cut down the trees and ground the stumps. He was in and out in a day.

I had some trees that had branches extending close to and over the roof of my house that I wanted removed before the winter. Keith responded quickly to my request for a quote. He came on time and we walked around my property. He explained that best thing to do was to completely remove six of the trees and trim some larger branches on others. We decided to do that and he also offered to include a little trimming back of some overgrown branches in my backyard and close to my shed. The day they came to do the job I did not have to be there and miss a day of work. When I returned home the job was complete and the area was cleaned of any and all debris. I was pleased with the results and would most definitely call on Keith again if needed. He was polite, personable and a pleasure to work with.

I contacted Healey Tree Works and Keith called me back immediately and came out to see the job the very next day. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. His crew took extra care when pulling the large tree trimming truck onto my front yard by laying down mats under the tires to protect the grass. They also did a great job of cleaning up the yard after the tree removal. I would highly recommend this company for your tree work.

They arrived on time and removed the tree. They didn't damage the house, the fence or any of my plants in the process. They got the job done when they said they would; they clearly knew exactly what they were doing; and they left the place like they found it sans the tree. When they came to give an estimate, they took time to look around the property and answer some of my other questions. I'd use them again.

I called Thursday morning to get a quote (called a few places actually). Keith answered right away and took my information. I told him I have two stumps that we wanted ground down in the front yard roughly 10-12" wide each. He quoted me between $225-250 dollars to do the job. I asked when he would be able to come out and said he may be able to come down the next morning on his way to finish another job in a nearby town. He did say he would call me back that night to confirm his availability yet never did. He called about 7:30 the next morning and left a voicemail saying he would be on his way down. When I called, I informed him that my boyfriend (the home owner) was looking to also get a large hydrangea bush cut down and ground as well and we were hoping to pay around $200 for it. Keith was great about the sudden change in plan and worked with me on the price so we settled on $225. He came down less than an hour later, and took less than an hour to cut down the bush and grind all 3 of the stumps. He did not cover up the holes with the dirt or take away the brush from the bush, however this was told to me he would be unable to do up front. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work that was done, and Keith was very nice and willing to work with some last minute demands. From the first call to the payment occurred within a 24 hours period which was super convenient for me.

Team was very professional and worked quickly. They arrived early, put in a full day and left yard in good condition when they were done. Keith followed up very soon after to complete part of the job that could not be done that day.

It went quite well. We ended up hiring them to do quite a bit more tree work afterwards. Nice job at a very fair price.

Excellent service. They arrived on time promptly at 8:00am. They came with lots of professional equipment including a crane, a chipper and two bucket trucks! They were very fast and completed the work in about 2 hours. They were slightly higher price than my other appraisal, but I chose them based on their professionalism and they did not disappoint.

We called this company after reading the reviews on Angies list. We spoke with Keith and he advised that he could come out the same day we called, and he arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time. Keith was professional. Our biggest concern was when we advised Keith that we lived in a condo development and that as a homeowner we are responsible for only the flower beds where the shrubs were located and that if during the job, they did any damage to the lawn or sprinkler system, etc., then they would be responsible. He then asked if "we" would take responsibility if any damage occured, and this completely shocked us, as this is why we were hiring a company to do this work who is licensed and insured. Another concern that we had is that he indicated that his company would not take away the debris. The quote to grind down the 8 small shrub stumps was $225 per stump, which was also high, and if we wanted to have them dug up, his guys got $65 per hour, which we thought was also high.

Mr. Healey came to our house and was very informative and helpful, but the equipment he needed to use would not fit past our house without removing a tree we wanted to keep; and the costs would have increased even then. We are requesting a refund, but want to emphasize that Mr. Healey was really great to meet and talk trees with. We would recommend him to others.

The crew (Keith, the owner, plus 2 others) turned up as promised nice and early with lots of equipment (70 foot bucket truck, log truck, massive chipper and truck and a tractor). Reviewed the work area and plan with me and got to work. They put down some mats to help reduce the wear and tear on the lawn. The worked from the back of the lot forwards, which seemed sensible. The area cleared was a tangled mess (invasive vine had destroyed most of the trees over the last 15 years or so.) The crew worked all day 8am to 3:30pm with a reasonable lunch break - I think they worked really hard and very efficiently. The next day was very similar except they got started earlier and had everything nicely cleared up (including the neighbors border area) by 2:30pm. They took care to minimize damage to the lawn (some is inevitable) and completed the work they committed to within the time. Overall professional, courteous and hard working crew who did the work promised on time.

I bought a big deal from Angie List for the provider. When doing the estimate, the provider informed me that the amount of work greatly exceeded the amount of work in the big deal purchase, and that I will have to pay extra for additional hours and additional equipment. My only gripe is that the provider did not apply the Angie's list coupon purchase to the quote. It took me several calls and a lot of convincing to actually get it applied. Ultimately, I have received no value from the Angie List purchase, and all I got was my money back for that "big deal" purchase. This is disappointing as the provider uses Angie list as a lead generator and does not really mean to honor the service -- as reflected by this review and other reviews. I received two sales estimates and selected a full day of work. The provider went around the property and did recommendations for which trees needed removal and which brush needed clearing. The crew came in on time, and removed about 6 trees from the property, a thousand square feet of brush, and several stumps on the front lawn. They cleanly disposed of branches, whether taking it with them or dragging them into the back woods. All in all, I am satisfied, but in case you do purchase a coupon of Angie list, beware of the sales pitch and make sure to have it included in the job quote.

The workmen arrived at the appointed time and began the painstaking job of cutting the trees section by section since they had to be cautious of power lines, my house, the septic tank and leach field. They did a superb job and worked diligently throughout the day to accomplish the agreed upon tasks. The clean up afterwards of all the debris exceeded my expectations. They raked and cleaned up my driveway. The only evidence of the day's work left behind were the tree stumps. Kudos to the crew for their skill and professionalism and a job well done.

The wife and I walked the property with Keith and discussed the game plan and costs. We'd start out with a crew of 3-4 for 4 days and have an option for an extra day at the same rate. He marked thetrees to be removed with a spray can. As trees were removed, it uncovered more problem trees so we agreed on an extra 2 days of work at a discounted rate. In the end, they expertly cut down and removed 60+ trees, at least 20 of which were in very close, dangerous proximity to the house, barn, septic, and paved driveway. Most were enormous, 100+ foot pine trees. His very skilled team took extra-ordinary care with the bucket, ropes, and tackle to remove gi-normous trees next to the house, barn, and septic field. The most impressive removal was a huge pine that actually leaned over the house. They removed the tree without a single branch touching the house. They were diligent in clean-up, but as that takes time, we asked that they concentrate more on the tree removals than on daily clean-up. This got us a few extra big trees without too much of a mess for me to clean up. On the last day, in addition to clearing the last few trees, Keith ground down the agreed upon 20 stumps that would impact future landscaping. He ended up, on his own, grinding a few more stumps that "would make it look better" for no additional charge. Overall we are extremely happy with the effort put forth and the work performed. They bent over backwards to please us and even helped with husband and wife differences over what trees were to go and what trees were to remain (needless to say the wife won most of those battles)! They showed up early each day and were waking up the neighbors with the chipper and chainsaws by 7:30AM and worked full up till 3-3:30pm. Keith was on-site most of the time and during the last day, was there the whole time. They asked and with approval, left some of their equipment on-site overnight which was not a problem for us and, no doubt, saved some setup time. We would not hesitate to hire this team again and highly recommend them to others. This was not a small job and hence It wasn't cheap, but we definitely got more than our money's worth. We are now basking in the sunlight. Time for some landscaping!

Extremely well! Driveway was newly sealed. Great care was taken by the team not to scratch the driveway while removing trees. In addition to extensive tree removal, brush clearing, brick pathways & landscaping were immaculately trimmed. In addition, a retaining wall was repaired which was above & beyond the call of duty!

My problem was that I assumed that any and all trees or branches cut would be removed by the company. That is where I made my mistake. It should be stated in the original offer that these services are extra. The work that was done was satisfactory, but the extra money charged for removal of the debris should be stated in the original offer. I would not look to hiring this company again for this reason. A $199.00 job ended up costing me $800.00 and the wait to have the debris moved was quite lengthy. Before hiring anyone again, I would ask questions of the provider.

The owner of the company contacted us within two days of my buying the service on Angie's List. I explained what I wanted done and we scheduled a day/time for the work. They were on time / very professional and assessed the project. They worked as a team to clear all of the suckers and to shape the tree. They went non-stop to complete the job. The job was scheduled for two men - the owner stayed for most of time so we had three men working on the tree. We were VERY pleased with the job and are happy to recommend Healy Tree Works to friends and neighbors!!.
