Keith is excellent. He communicates quickly, and well. Keith helped myself and others neighbours recover from the significant tree damage experienced after a brutal winter storm. Keith and his team arrived on team, and went above and beyond the original scope of work. Keith has worked with me afterwards to ensure I was completely happy with the work done, for which I thank him. I recommend Keith entirely.

I needed to get two trees trimmed. He gave me gave me some really outlandish number. The quote was just awfully high, something like $3,000 for two trees.

Once we finally figured out a day to start it went well. They removed trees and cleaned up the area.

Keith kept to his price, several very large trees and many small trees were removed . Yard was cleaned and all trees were removed, would hire again. great price for the amount of trees removed and very professional and personable.

Keith came out to give us a quote. He was very personable and professional. We hired his services because he sounded knowledgable and the price was right for us. The whole crew was polite, efficient and did a great job cleaning up as they worked. We were very pleased from start to finish. They performed all the work we were expecting them to do during the three full days they were here.

Healy showed up the day they said they would and removed the trees that were identified.

Keith and his team did a great job. I didn't have any clean up and they placed the cut wood exactly where I wanted it.

Not good as the company did not finish the work that they were supposed to perform. I specifically stated that I wanted the chain link fence down-not part of it, not some of it...the entire fence with the posts. There are still fence posts and chain link fence still up all over the lawn with no explanation from Keith Healey as to why. Then there is the issue of the stumps. There are still stumps on the property that were not grinded to ground level as the contract states. I had other contractors at the home and they said they would have grinded all the stumps necessary. There is still debris all over the lawn as well that was not taken out. The yard isn't cleaned and there are still logs on the property. Chip brush wasn't removed from the property either. Mr. Healey seemed rushed and unfocused as he told me several times that he had other projects to attend to within the area. He even said that he was not gonna complete the rest of the work until we hired a landscaper to clean up the mess. I had a big problem with this since he wanted to get paid before the work was completed. My husband talked to Keith last Sunday when he came to the house unannounced demanding payment. My husband stated that I was not available to speak with him but Mr. Healey did not like that and said that he needed to speak with me immediately. Then my husband, feeling very uncomfortable, sent Mr. Healey a dispute and complaint email and told him not to come to the property anymore because of his lack of professionalism. Following this, we received a very threatening letter from Mr. Healey stating that he would prosecute us for not paying him when he did not finish the work. He does not have the power to do this. The power lies with the prosecutor not Mr. Healey. Please tell Mr. Healey do not contact us anymore. This email is a dispute and complaint of the work that was not done as we are deeply unsatisfied and have to find someone else to finish the work. Pictures are attached. Thank you.

I contacted Keith about getting a bunch of trees removed to bring more light into the yard and the new solar panels. He responded quickly and came out to look at what I wanted done. We walked around the property and talked. He made a few suggests about a few other trees that should be taken down. He gave me an estimate I accepted and signed the contract. With the weather and the ground not really freezing, he suggested the first of the year to start. Just to make sure we didn't take any trees on our neighbors properties, we had the yard surveyed. It ended up we had more property than originally thought. I talked with Keith about taking down a lot more trees. So what started out as 30+ ended up being 60...or more. He and his crew arrived with a crane, bucket truck and several other pieces of equipment and the tree removal started. A very professional crew, they introduced themselves then proceeded to get to work. My yard is the yard from ****....many obstacles were encountered during the tree removal and Keith and his crew dealt with all of them.

I would absolutely use them in the future.

Keith was great! He was quick and punctual in setting up a time for an estimate and scheduled work to be done within a week. Keith gave us the most detailed feedback on the work we needed to have done than any other tree company had done in the past. His crew showed up right on time and they were in and out quickly. They were able to work around electrical wires without any issues. We will definitely be calling again to get some more complicated work done later this year

Thanks to my neighbor Wayne doing extensive research on quality Tree Service companies in the area (on Angie's List), we agreed on Healy Tree Works LLC to do the work. Wayne, myself, and next neighbor Kenny all needed tree removal work done so it was kind of a package deal. Keith Healey and his crew came as promised to complete the tree work. (per contract). A misunderstanding on my part thinking our tree would also be removed from our lawn area (about 20'). I called Keith and asked when he would be coming by to finish the job. we discussed the misunderstanding and the contract agreement. he then offered to come back on his own time and make things right by chain sawing the tree trunk then placing the pieces into our "woods" with his tractor exactly as we wanted. he and his crew also removed another downed pine tree (not in the contract) from the same area... all good! he only charged for the gas to get his equipment back up here. fair enough in my opinion. An honest, quality Tree removal Service with an owner and crew who really care about customer satisfaction. -nice to see these days... I wouldn't hesitate to have Healey Tree Works LLC do more Tree Work for us in the future. *Highly Recomended.

They did an excellent job. My instructions were simple. I pointed out two trees I wanted to keep and said anything else that isn't grass I want gone. I got exactly what I asked for in a timely fashion. All debris was chipped and removed. I would definately hire them again.

Mr Healey set up a free estimate and recommendation within a few days of receiving my call. Tree is in a back corner of neighbor's lot, but does hang over four properties. He spoke to all neighbors and gave estimates and options. I chose to have the removal done at this time. Set up a time within 2 weeks, arrived promptly. Crew was very courteous and worked nonstop. Used all precautions for safety, the entire removal and clean up took about 3 hours. Extra care was taken to make sure no damage was done to my property. I am still amazed how they backed the vehicles through the narrow driveway, but took their time and again, no damage! All went into the chipper, crew raked and cleaned up afterwards. Mr Healey was very concerned about getting this work done before winter and I appreciated that also. Friendly and very knowledgeable This estimate was also the lowest of three, I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Keith Healey was very professional. His crew was extremely hard working. I initially thought that the price was a bit high when it did not include stump removal, but after seeing the amount of work that was entailed, I realized I got a good price. It took a crew of 4 two full days along with some pretty heavy duty equipment. All branches were chipped on site, both pine and oak trunks were cut and removed. Keith said he could grind the stumps, but suggested having them pulled by my landscaper to avoid ground depressions later on. I would definitely use Healey Tree Works again

They did a great job. He showed up on time, showed me his insurance certificates and was very careful about any work around the house. He did the least amount of damage to my lawn(you have to expect some) and cleaned up all brush. We were very happy with the result.

It could not have gone any better. He called to let me know when he would show up with his crew and they were right on time. Everyone appeared to have a job to do and tackled their part after reconfirming with me what I wanted to have done. When they left a few hours later, I would never have known they were here because they left the yard all clean up....in some cases better then they found it. Everyone in the crew was extremely polite and professional. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

The tree was smack in the middle of a garden bed with many perennials, shrubs and 2 buried pets. Nothing in the garden was disturbed/damaged by the tree removal and they cut and neatly stacked all the wood. We were very pleased with the quality and care taken.

The entire process (site inspection, quotation, work and clean-up) was very smooth. They showed up in time, performed the work professionally, and cleaned-up the site. Their stump grinder broke down and we re-scheduled for the following week. They completed the work on the second visit without any problem. We recommend their services and would hire them again.

Keith responded to my request thru Angie's list within 24 hours. We set up an appointment to review the work I originally planned. He showed up promptly on time and after reviewing the work request, he made some suggestions that made a lot of sense. I originally planned on only a few hours of work but expanded that to a day after listening to his proposals. He quoted me a daily rate that seemed very reasonable (I had quotes on a much smaller amount of work last year that made his price attractive). We scheduled a day that was convenient for me. The crew showed up at the scheduled time and we covered all the work to be done. The crew was very professional and courteous, while checking often with me to ensure all was being done to my satisfaction. I was amazed at how fast they did all the work and even added a little as the day progressed. When they left the site was fully cleaned up and looked much better. Keith and his crew were excellent and efficient. Communication was great both ways as the day's work went on. I was very pleased with the day's work and dollar value received. I would absolutely bring them back when additional work is needed. Already have thoughts about what may be next.

We have owned our home on a 2 plus acre lot for over 30 years. Over the years we have gradually taken down trees often as a result of ice or snow damage. This year we decided that we would do some major outside work, expanding the lawn area and getting more sunlight into the yard. I looked on Angie's list for local tree companies and found Healey Tree works, and liked what I read in the reviews. I called Keith and he came to our house the same day to understand what we wanted done. As others had noted that he was good at offering suggestions, we discussed other tress that could be taken down. I know this is a lot like "asking a barber if you need a hair cut", but I liked the recommendations that he made. When Keith came we had anticipated one day of work. This expanded into three days and we are very pleased with the results. Keith and his crew, cut down trees, chipped brush and limbs and ground stumps to get us in a position where we can get loam in and gardens planted. They all are polite, courteous, well mannered and very open to questions and suggestions and don't mind the homeowner that to hovers over them to learn from them and observe how the professional do things correctly. In summary we are very please with the work, Keith and his crew and the results of their efforts. I would highly recommend this company.
