We consider owner, Jesse Lindland to be customer-oriented, very competent, to have excellent communication skills and most importantly is extremely responsive. OIC provides excellent quality, value and service to any home project and I can highly recommend them!

Jesse designed a home that was situated on a very steep slope. This upslope lot was extremely challenging. With the help of his qualified, experienced team, that continued to work during the harsh winter months, the challenges were not insurmountable. Jesse added volume and stability to the fondation by creating a walkout basement, with large windows and sliding-glass doors to admit daylight. The custom staircase added architectural appeal. Jesse designed the great room with an open floor plan facing the mountains. Additionally, the hard surface areas, such as driveways and roofs create runoff, but this was thoughtfully planned to have the runoff directed away from the foundation. Jesse spoon fed me every step of the way. He would respond immediately to any question. His dedication, artistry, professionalism, is one of a kind. The home is gorgeous! Thank you again for showcasing such beauty in a home. A plus!!!!!

Outside/In Construction has done an OUTSTANDING job on each of the projects they have done for me. They provided me a very detailed job description for each project; they staffed each job with experienced carpenters; and they communicated with me constantly as they worked. The original decks and steps/landings to my dock were simple wood and 1st-generation Trex construction -- Outside/In converted this to very high-quality Trex, surrounded by great-looking LED lights. As for the hardwood floors -- well, the floor material was dark bamboo, and the end result is spectacular. These were all large jobs (total cost of well over $100,000), and the costs were managed very well. The largest projects were treated as fixed-price jobs, which meant that I would expect Outside/In to completely finish the job as described in the estimate, down to the last detail, with no additional costs. And they did so -- every time. Some of the jobs couldn't be estimated in advance (the rot repairs, for example), so we treated these jobs as Time & Material, which meant that the specific tasks would depend on what we found, and that I would pay costs as they occurred. And it turns out that this arrangement went very, very well -- primarily because the Outside/In carpenters communicated so well, and they were so good at recognizing and resolving problems. So, yeah -- if you want to get your job done -- and be very satisfied with the results -- I'd recommend this company. I have been very pleased with their work since day 1.

OIC worked closely with us to address the kinds of surprises often encountered with a 100+ year old house renovation. They recommended creative solutions and did quality work. They brought this project in on budget and completed the work in just over 6 months. We have been enjoying the house for a little more than a year and are very happy with the results.

I have not one bad word, From starting with design through to finish we were kept in the loop and were part of the decision making process. Changes were made as needed and appropriate without any push back. Finances were handled in an open and honest manner. The attention to detail and providing top quality work was excellent. We have a beautiful new home, that after completion OIC continues to support the minor changes that are expected to occur once you are living in the house.

I have had several jobs done on my house by OIC. I had my cedar siding removed and replaced with Hardie Cement Board siding. The recommended Hardie process was followed on how to properly install the siding. I also had the cedar railings on my deck removed and replaced with composite railings. This also involved replacing trim deck boards. Another job was pine paneling my Great Room Ceiling. For all three jobs, the guys were very professional and accommodating of schedules They did a great job of cleaning everything up at night and at the end of the job.

Jesse and his crew did an outstanding job! High quality, reasonable prices, very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The project went well and on time. All workers were skilled and the site was kept neat during the project. OSI has returned several times to accomplish even smaller jobs when requested. We would not hesitate to request their services again in the future.

When they started the project, it ended up being much worse than anticipated. Water damage was extensive. Parts of the main ceiling and a support beam had to be replaced. Skylights had been badly installed by prior owner. Both were replaced. OI worked with our home owner insurance. Adjusted the quote. Our insurance company was happy. We were happy. You would never know anything bad had happened in our vacation home. They did a quick and professional job. So happy with the work we hired them later that year to replace the electric heater in our bathroom. Another amazing job.

The work went well. Everything was professionally done, and the finished product looks Excellent. The work space was isolated with plastic sheeting and an industrial air filter was kept running in the work space while work was underway. ( I saw a man sanding with a sanding-block in one hand, and a vacuum cleaner hose in the other) We were kept advised of what's going on tomorrow; what's going on next week, etc. The team cleaned up after each day's work; and a separate cleaning team came in on the last day. The work was completed on the day that was initially presented by the contractor.

All went well. The men were very thorough. No major problems to speak of.

Great help in discussing design considering all options and which choices made the most sense. Work was done on time and very professionally. A ramp was also being installed a few houses away by another contractor and while functional, didn't come close to the quality and attention to details that we experienced. In fact, I made a recommendation to a local organization that serves disabled people. Their clients not only need ramps, but sometimes major remodeling.

There were some delays for which they did apologies. Most of our contact was through E-Mail. Phone and face to face contacts were professional and courteous.

The crew was great. Fortunately, I didn't feel like I had to go apologize to my neighbors at all for having the crew out there, unlike some workers I have had in the past. They were very helpful and went beyond the expectation. To wit, I had repainted the walls in one of the rooms they replaced the ceiling in. Not being as careful as I should have been, I bumped the ceiling with my roller. Without prompting, the guys noticed it and just repainted that part of the ceiling. The decks turned out great, and we have been enjoying them regularly since they were done. Whenever any issues came up, they immediately fixed it and minimized our inconvenience. The only downside I had with them was finishing up some minor stuff at the very end took longer than was hoped. The work was still all done great, but with them being busy one thing slipped through the cracks for a while. When reminded they did return and fix it, so all the work was done and I'm happy with it all.

It went great! they did everything they said they would. The work was great. They were very professional.

Construction team was very professional, punctual and communicated well with us. Had a small problem where they hit a sewer pipe but it was repaired to our satisfaction very quickly.

It turned out okay. We had him design a full bathroom for us. We didn’t go through with the design.

jOB WAS DONE IN MY SUMMER HOME. I WAS NOT ON THE PROPERTY AS WORK WAS BEING DONE IN THE WINTER. AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETE, I CAME BY TO INSPECT BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT. EVERYTHING WAS DONE ACCORDING TO SPECS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. I RECOMMEND OUTSIDE IN CONSTRUCTION HIGHLY. I

Contacted Outside in for a quote on a few different jobs/remodeling and to have driveway paved. They responded right away, came out very quickly. Quoted an extremely fair price. Provided tons of references. Jesse and Greg are very professional, and provided many ideas and suggestions. We do plan to have them complete the work but I ended up in the hospital and have had a long recovery so as soon as I am back on track; we will be contacting them!

I can't recommend Outside In enough. Jesse and his crew (Paul, Bruce and even the subcontractors) were fantastic. They showed up on the day they said they would, worked from 7 AM to 4 PM without breaks, did high quality work and cleaned up after themselves. They are great people too - sometimes, there are contractors that you really don't want in your home, but not these guys. Professional and extremely talented - they fixed problems as they found them (which is what always happens when you start renovating a house) and they only had to charge me additionally once (they found a portion of the house sill that was rotten and needed to be replaced). I'm pretty sure that if this house fell down, the deck would still be standing. Outside In is very reasonably priced, and you definitely get the most bang for your buck in the quality, timeliness and professionalism of the work. Another review mentioned that Jesse seemed too young to be in charge (and he is young to be so accomplished), but he really knows his stuff. We plan to hire them for future renovation work at the house. Doesn't get better than that!

It took him longer than what they thought but that is only because they ran into more of a problem than they thought. They did ask us about the extra work and how far we wanted to go with it before they did anything above what was on the original estimate. always polite, well mannered, friendly (also our particular person of the crew was dog friendly - important when you have 3 dogs). would recommend them to anyone - quality work, on time, did what they said they would do plus.

Jesse came out to the site at the scheduled time and surveyed the project both personably and professionally. He took the time to understand what I wanted concerning materials and method. I appreciated the well prepared work proposal and contractual agreeement. Outside In Construction did exactly what I wanted at the price within my budget.

The crew was there on schedule. Supplies were there when needed. And a full days work was done even when temperatures reached the 100's. Each night the property was cleaned of the days debris. No question we would contact them again.
