+ -1 moreShannon and his crew were on time, professional and did great work. They cleaned up well and were done with the job in a few days. Deck looks great, I'm very happy. Their price was the best out of 3-4 that I called, by far. Great value, I would use again.

Description of Work: Fabulous job!!! Shannon & his crew worked over the course of a couple of weeks to install my gorgeous new 16x20 deck with deck railing, & cedar pergola. Shannon was patient with me near the end of the project because I couldn't decide if I wanted an open deck without the railing. I called in Josh Betts, a structural engineer from Angie's List, to help me sort out the cost of leaving the deck open & placing stairs all the way around the deck. He was great as well & after talking to him, I decided to put the deck railing around as both a safety feature as well as a more affordable approach. Mr Betts was very pleased with Shannon's quality decking, pergola choice, & quality of his workmanship. Shannon also fixed my fence, which was tipping backwards with additional posts, which were seeded with concrete. Mr Betts said that was an excellent approach to permanently fix the leaning problem. Just to show you what a great guy he is, I have two fence sections that needed replaced because they didn't match. I called all over & found a place that could match my fence. I asked Shannon & he's going to drive 40 minutes north to get the fence panels & install them for me. Now that's Super Service Award Criteria if I ever heard it!!! I like people of integrity with good morals & work ethics; that is Shannon & his company. I highly, highly recommend him.

First, owner Shannon contacted us very quickly, he has very professional and polite, and understood exactly what needed to be done to solve our problem. Shawn provided an estimate within a few days and once hired, he came in as planned and solved our issue to our satisfaction. The estimate was competitive and he did a fantastic job. + -1 moreWonderful service. The owner and his helper get me informed through every stage of the construction. The quality was phenomenal. An example of the quality....when they put down the waterproof membrane, it developed gas bubbles under it. I would never have known unless I got on a ladder and looked. However, it was not acceptable to Shannon, the owner of this company and he tore off the 1st one and replaced it to meet his high standards. The finishes to the posts, the trim, and all aspects were perfect. Because my patio roof was an odd size, Jerry, the other worker, came up with a solution with J channels that looks awesome. It is attached very securely to my house. In fact, the house would probably fall down before the patio cover. Footers are 24” wide by 36” deep. I am so pleased with their work that, eventually, I will have them put a new porch cover up. A really important aspect about this company is that they were as excited and pleased with the completion of my project as me.
