They ended up not covering my brand, but they were very helpful, and they went way out of their way to help me out. The service was wonderful, and they got me pointed in the right direction.

I chose this company based on the reviews in Angie's List. They were great to work with. Responsive, on time, reminder call for appointments. The work they did was exactly as bid. The installers were professional, thorough, and easy to work with. A family owned business that obviously takes pride in what they do. Very satisfied.

It was a Sunday call, they came right away and fixed the central air in just about an hour. Works great now. Only grip was they charged me $187 for it just being a Sunday call. On the other hand, they told me about the charge for Sunday service on the phone right away and were up front and honest about it BEFORE coming over. Good call. I also was happy with them that they took payments on the service and didn't demand payment in full up front. Helped me out a lot on a very hot summer!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!

We contacted several contractors but liked Wichita Htg & Cooling the best. Bill took the time to walk through and discuss the problems with our current unit and look at the many different options they had available. We did not feel pressured to do anything more than what we were comfortable with and we are confident that Wichita will be there for us down the road. The crew was also great to work with - very professional and attentive to detail. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done and both Bill and Chris Wichita stopped by after the installation to make sure we were happy with everything. We will continue to use them to do our annual service and inspections. We highly recommend them!!

I had the AC inspection scheduled for 2 days after I prepaid for the plan. The technician was about a little late but I did get a phone call ahead of time asking if that was ok. The technician was very professional and they recharged my freon. Even though this company is a Carrier provider they did not try to sell me on a new system. My system is about 7 years old but still works fine, and I was expecting to get a sales pitch that I did not want, but happily there was none. I would definitely use them again.

Chris showed up at my house to sign a contract and ensure I understood everything. The install was scheduled for 3 weeks later. The crew of two showed up at the expected time. The 2 guys were very personable and constantly working. Upon completion, they covered in detail everything that had been done and ensured I had no questions. They cleaned up all work areas very well. Chris did a follow-up with me to make sure I was a satisfied customer. My annual maintenance will now only be with Wichita Heating and Cooling.

They were really excellent. They came out and gave an estimate. Then when they came out they did everything in a day. They took all the old parts away and just did a really good job.

They were there that night. They got the heat working. The next week, they replaced the heat pump. I am satisfied with their services. I would use them again.

Heat went off in the middle of the night. Called and came in morning. Cleaned outside clogged intake valve. $82.00 for cleaning plus 79 diagnostic fee. Total $161.00

When I needed to purchase a new system I took bids and Wichita Heating and Cooling were the best on price and the quality of their material was the best. They are professional and prompt. I have used them for 10 years and I will continue to do so.

They came out a week later and installed the humidifier. They were very prompt and courteous. The installation is very professional looking and works great. I would use again.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Explained their services the day of service and any future possible needs. Two individuals worked at the same time, one outside and one inside. Very friendly, told me their concerns upfront of any additional costs and why. Very mindful of taking care of my house inside ans outside. Very good experience and a great family owned company to know about.

We have a service contract with them. They come couple of times a year to do the maintenance work. They are very good. I never have to call them, they always call me and come. They are reliable. I would use them again in the future too.

We have worked with several different people, all of which have been quite professional and take the time to explain what is going on to both my wife and I. They are also quite punctual.

The serviceman (Kevin) called about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was en route. Arrived on time, went right to work. Most of the work was just servicing the furnace, but he did make some repairs and replaced a part on the humidifier. It had been about 4 years since any service had been performed. He answered my questions regarding ways to get more heat to certain rooms and what changes to make if I do major renovation work. He also recommended a humidifier setting.

The owner, Bill Wichita, did a thorough walk through of my home and and needs. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Very polite and professional. Provided a written estimate the following day. Then was able to remove the old systems and install the new the following week. The whole crew was so efficient and clean! My new system even comes with a one year maintenance contract!

My wife and I woke up one Saturday morning in the winter and the temp in the house was 52. Called another company and left a message with their answering service and never heard back. Called Wichita and spoke with their answering service and within ten minutes was talking with one of their repair men who walked me through a process to check for most likely problems, when those options were exhausted he came out to find our motor had cut through its own power cable. This was repaired and I was just charged the service fee which I thought was quite reasonable. Was very happy with them and have worked with them three to four times now, each time more impressed as their service is consistent and their workers have been with the same company for twenty to thirty years. Fantastic company to work with.

I called them because they were the best price and we set a day for them to come out. They showed up right on time and got right to work. The crew was very knowledgeable and hard working. All of them were respectful, answered my questions and explained my instructions for the up keep on my air conditioner. They had an awesome crew and company.
