It went well! The men were extremely professional and kind. I was doing work outside and if their stuff accidentally prevented me from moving around they moved it and apologized. I let them know we were trying to upgrade the home and that there was a small gas leak downstairs but it wasn’t enough to be harmful to one’s health and they put in a new gas pipe and changed the rusty valve on my water heater (that they noticed on their own) and fixed that too without additional cost!! If they quote you a price and more work needs to be done, there are no hidden fees. They just do the work for the quoted price. They are so wonderful!! I wouldn’t go with any other company!!

The scheduling went very well. Aldo was perfect. Courteous, professional, on time, knowledgeable. This is our second experience with Wichita Heating and Cooling and both have been excellent experiences. This company does not try to sell you a new furnace or air conditioner when they can fix it for much much less.

The service person was prompt, professional and gave us much better news. I give high price to Ramon, but I'm certain from all of your positive reviews you have several excellent technicians working for you. We were told the unit could be fixed want to keep an eye on, that if the solution did not work part of the expense would be credited to another solution. It was a real world answer. We will be back for all of our servicing. Call Wichita heating and cooling for one of your bids, you won't be sorry you did so!

Another company told me I would have to get a new A/C. Wichita Heating & Cooling was able to fix my A/C at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. Wichita had told me that if the repair did not work, they would deduct the repair price off of a new unit. Service tech was professional and friendly. The A/C has been working fine since the repair.

My A/C went out on June 30th and my warranty's provider could not get to me until July 7th. I called Wichita on July 3rd and they came out within 3 hours, right on time as promised. The service rep, very professional and service-focused, diagnosed and took care of our problem and we had cool air again. I did not want to spend the July 4th holiday without A/C. Although the repair was not covered by my warranty company, it was worth paying out of pocket for my family's comfort. Thank you Wichita for your quick response.

Very professional work from sale to install. Wichita provided the most detailed bid at a fair price. They did not balk at my request for a rebid on a new model. The install was fast, care was taken regarding the carpeting and cleanup, and the staff was professional and courteous at all times. There was actually a small glitch in the process, the new thermostat was faulty. But Chris Wichita oversaw the re-installation of a new thermostat immediately, and was always in touch during the entire process. Negative becomes positive in the hands of professionals. No regrets, we are very happy with Wichita and our new Carrier furnace.

Company installed a temporary AC unit, which we used for several days until the new unit could be installed. The weather was very hot and this was a lifesaver. The techs were professional, courteous, and punctual.

Everything went very well. Wichita came recommeded from a co-worker who had used them in the past and so had their extended family. Chris Wichita was very responsive to my questions throughout the bidding and installation. Wichita's bid was much more reasonable than one of the large companies we recieved a bid from. The crew was very pleasant and professional and did a nice job of cleaning up. I also didn't feel like Wichita tried to up sell me on anything. Chris listened to what I wanted and then gave me some choices. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend them.

he arrived at 3:50 ...ten minutes inside the window they prearranged. And it went downhill ftom there. Kept saying he hoped he could fix it. Spent 15 minutes out in his truck. Was gone in 25, but he had to charge me an hour of service, that 80 fees just got him to the door. ..and that's a quote from the service guy. No parts, 15 minutes and it was 135. choose someone who's not out to screw the customer for ecru penny

Bill and his team did an awesome job. A company that truly cares about the customer and are not ones to cut corners. Bill is extremely honest and is not trying to oversell any of his products. The crews were punctual and were professional the entire time they were in my house. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!!!

They have been prompt and reasonable to respond to calls for service. Cost was a little over $8,100. I believe it was comparable and competitive, maybe cheaper than some of the big advertisers.

The experience was great. Bill Wichita wrote the estimate, worked with me on the location of the duct work, the heat pump, etc. his team was on the job when they said they would be, they were professional and didn't leave a mess behind when they left the site each day.

Two personal references gave high marks for Wichita Heating to include one from a retired HVAC technician who used them for routine maintenance. Obtained three proposals of which Wichita was in the middle, but included a slightly larger A/C unit. Wichita is a family owned and operated company while the other two were larger businesses in the area. The owner was the person who came out to do the estimate. He was very professional and took the time to explain his proposal. I selected Wichita based on the proposed work and the two references. The work was scheduled for two days. The installers were very professional and took care in protecting personal belongings around the install area. It was a warm day so they prioritized installing the A/C which was up and running by midafternoon. All the work was completed by late afternoon. The installers explained the system and thoroughly cleaned up prior to leaving. I also contract them for the annual A/C and Heater checkups. The technicians are all very professional and always on time. I have had no issues with any.

Their prices are reasonable. They do the work in a timely manner. Their communication is good and they let me know when it will be done and how long it is going to take. They clean up well after themselves and I would highly recommended them. The owner Bill is there with his workers and they even check back to see if I am satisfied.

I would give them an "A" in all categories and I highly recommend them.

It went excellent. They went above and beyond all expectations. It is a father and son team. The father is very good and the son knows the product inside and out. The son did an excellent follow through and he is a really good guy. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They were great to work with and were very service oriented. They recommended quality products and were honest. For example, they felt my mom could get by for several more years with her old air although the furnace needed to be replaced. The old air is still working. From past experience, many companies would have recommended that she replace both.
