Description of Work: I had Wichita Heating come do an annual furnace check up and fix my humidifier. They were prompt, courteous and explained all aspects of the work. I think the prices were fair and the technician was very honest.

Description of Work: They came and did a service job on my furnace about a month ago. They were honest and everything was good. One technician came out and it took him about 30 minutes to an hour.

Description of Work: Warranty work to replace by compressor on Carrier Heat Pump

Description of Work: Had them install my Carrier furnace and A/C many years ago and use them for my annual checks on both. Kevin is the one who usually comes for the annual check-ups and he's very personable. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service. I knew I wanted a Carrier A/C when I needed to replace my old. Looked for their local dealers and wanted someone privately owned and found Bill and have been very happy with him. Sometimes when you call he may answer the phone. Very hands on in his business and I like that.

Description of Work: Hired this company to move Heat Pump so I could put in a patio then put it back in place after the patio concrete dried. They did what I expected on the unhook and moving of the heat pump to a place that was out of the way of the concrete company. When the patio dried I had them come back to move it back into place on the patio and hook it back up. As soon as the heat pump was turned on a control box blew up. They apparently did not do the job right but charged me for a new control and the additional time. The charge for phase I was reasonable, however, the cost for phase II was over $400.00. They charged me for their incompetence. The total charge was over $600.00 for a job should have been under $200.00.

Description of Work: I called in the AM for service to my A/C unit. They had someone there within a few hours, he serviced the unit, provided me with an estimate before any work was done and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Chris installed a Nest thermostat for me. I could not find anyone in Omaha that had installed a Nest before. Even though it was a new model he was able to get it installed confidently for me.

Description of Work: The condensing unit on my home's central air conditioning system wasn't functioning. Did discover until we came home from work and the house had gotten up to 90 degrees. Called a co-worker who had his AC go out a few years ago and had great service and found out it was Wichita. I gave them a call and he showed up within 15 minutes, luckily he was in the nieghborhood. 30 minutes later he had the blown capacitor replaced, the AC was cooling the house and he even cleaned the coils. Excellent service, couldn't have gone better. My dog even liked him.
