The guy showed up fairly quickly but then could not fix it right away because he said he needed a second guy to help him carry the equipment down the stairs. He was at the house for about 5 minutes and then said he would be back after lunch with a second guy. They came back and carried the equipment down, and cleared the drain which took 40 minutes (We had already pulled the toilet to save money) They left and when I received the bill it was for much more than I originally thought it would be. I called and got a rundown of what the charges were for and then calcualted what it should have been. The technician had given them the wrong times and said that they were both there for an hour when actually one of them was here for 45 minutes and one was here for 40 minutes. I was also charged $60/hour for the second guy to spend 2 minutes carrying it down the stairs and then standing there waiting to carry it back up. The original tech didn't tell me how much more it would cost for someone to come help him carry it or I would have told him to just carry it how he normally would and I would clean the carpet. I did all the calculations and sent the company a note along with my bill and payment. I made one check for the price that I should have paid if they had not inaccurately reported their times and then an additional check that covered the difference between the price they billed me for, and what I should have paid. The owner sent me back a hand written note apologizing for the confusion and returned my second check (along with a stamp because I had used a stamp on the self addressed envelope that I enclosed) She was very apologetic and told me that sometimes when they get busy they have to bring in extra drain cleaning guys and that all she has to go off of is the times they report. She also said that they don't list prices for a second person because it's uncommon that they need one but I think the man should have told me that it would cost me $60hr just for someone to help him carry the equipment down the stairs as though it was necessary. Overall, I'm glad that the owner handled it very well but would be much more vigilant in checking the times and asking more questions the next time to protect myself from being overcharged.

The most recent experice was a clogged drain in the upstairs bathroom. We worked on it ourselves for about a day with no success. We called Tritz and they got to our home the next day. He found the problem, was able to unclog the huge mess of a blockage in the drain in about 20 mintues. The service people at Tritz have experience. They know what they are doing and do the job right the first time.

He gave me an outrageous price to do the job. He was not a very nice person. He told me he would send me a quote and he never sent it. He acted like he just didn't want the job.

They came pretty promptly, and my experience with them was fine. They seemed sort of pricey. I would probably call them back in the future.

The service personnel were very friendly. They cleaned up after the job, and explained in detail the work they performed before leaving.

Serviceman was friendly, but without unnecessary talk. Got right to work. Finished quickly, quietly, and efficiently. Did not continue to bother me with questions, more problems, or going in and out of the house several times, like some companies do. I have used Tritz several times. The receptionist who answers the phone is very nice and helpful.

As listed above, the owner, Mr. Tritz, responded to our request for service. He could not give an estimate due to the nature of the leak. He was given an OK to start the job and I was home to observe and authorize where necessary. The repair person was professional and fixed the problem. The billing was not received until 5/21/2011. The time was billed at union rate for a plumber which is expensive but better than hiring an unknown. We are satisfied with results.

The service man does not have my complete confidence since we paid him for a clogged drain and what was really wrong was that our clothes washer was leaking.

The plumber was very clean, personable, professional and prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone and definately use them again.

The process went very smoothly. They came out, they gave a bid and they came back in a timely manner.

Outstanding - prompt, responsive, and excellent workmanship. Would recommend to anyone requiring plumbing service, intend to use them for another project in the spring. You will not be disappointed with these folks.

I called Tritz Plumbing mid-morning on a weekday and described my problem. They asked if the repairman could perform the work that same afternoon. I happily agreed. When Curt arrived, I explained my diagnosis of the problem and directed him to the work area. He promptly retrieved his power auger and cleared the suspected portion of the drain. When the work was complete, Curt verified the problem had been solved, the access plug properly replaced with no leakage, and the work area cleaned up. His demeanor was exceptionally pleasant. Total time on the job was 40 minutes.

They have fixed a leaking pipe on water heater. They have worked in our bathrooms and installe fixtures. They also installed a backflow preventer on outdoor irrigation system.

The service was excellent! Tim came out and told me exactly what the problem was, and took a lot of time not only investigating the leak (both upstairs and down), but also explaining what the problem was and how to fix it.

Water was coming out of the refrigerator and they fixed it. He was on time and professional. The one person who came out was willing to work with me to get things done and not have to make return trips. He was excellent. Their price was reasonable, but not cheap. He knew where to go for parts. He made arrangements for me to get it so that he could keep working while I was getting the parts. He was very flexible and not pushy at all.

I always talk to a person, Barb. That's huge.They always come within a day of calling, they are always so accommodating as far as scheduling a time for the repair person to come to the house around my work schedule. they are prompt, thorough, and timely with repairs, and leave no mess. I love these guys!

The project turned out well. They were very helpful as a whole. I am a single person who is not always available at home. They were able to work out a situation where they would be able to come in and work on the project without me having to watch over it the entire time. They were completely trustworthy and managed everything just fine. I hired them for a second project too. They were a little expensive, though.

They were very responsive and very polite. The only reason that we ended up not doing the work is that it is a more expensive project than we thought. They were very forthright and even said that sometimes it's better not to hook up cold water. I would certainly call them again for any work we needed done. The price that they quoted was about $150 less than the other companies that we had give us estimates.

They services was good. The workers were friendly and for the most part did a good job. They weren't able to remove a part under the sink so they had to put the sink on a few small board, it just looks tacky, but other then that they did a really good job and I've used them since.

Called the company, talked with a manager, received cost estimate, set up time. Work was done professionally charged for the 1 hour and plumber. Professional honest and reliable.

Prompt service and installation. Workman could have taken more time to answer questions regarding start-up of the system.

The men that came were very professional and they came on time. We liked the fact that the price was within the budget we used and they cleaned up after they were done nicely. One of the things I liked the most about this company is their follow up. They don t mind asking you if you are completely satisfied at the end and this bodes well with their professionalism.

''Curt'' arrived right on time and got straight to work. We had asked for help with the under-sink problem, then he pointed out that the faucet was corroded through and needed replacing. He was clear and straightforward about all this. Then we remembered that the toilet was self-starting also and he very quickly cured that. He was polite and businesslike and wasted no time.

Great work. A little pricey, but I needed the service done ASAP, so I will pay. Very nice employee, too.

Tritz Plumbing was able to come out quickly after I called them, and I was happy about that. They are a professional, reliable, and a service oriented company. They have always done great work for me. The drain is working perfectly now. I would recommend them to others.
