Excellent! On time the day of service; tech found that our fan was leaking oil...since our unit is in a new home, I called in the contractor who installed the system to replace fan. I am restarting a Maintenance Agreement with Thermal Services. They maintained our heating/cooling system in our old home before we moved. I saw no reason to change firms! For the price, I am very pleased with their work, image and reputation.

Great experience and would use them again.

I still can't get over the excellent customer service. Every single individual was efficient and effective! They are the first individual I have to my home to do repair that were kind enough to slow down and make sure I understood the process. Each and every person introduced themselves to me as well, which is above and beyond anything I ever expected.

We've been using them for over 10 years. I like their service, what they do and I like their price. They are very well trained, their technicians are professional and the price is good.

Met with a sales representative who gave us the information regarding the products and costs. He also went over the differences in the furnaces and air conditioners and discussed tax credits. We set up an installation date for 10 days later and the service was performed over 1.5 days. The two installers were polite and informative. They worked hard to satisfy our requests. They left the place as clean as when they found it and actually improved the vents and overall system as well.

I bought a new heating and A/C system from Thermal Services. One of the benefits offered when I bought the system was a lifetime warranty for both the heating and A/C system, if I have Thermal Services perform a tune up on the heater one year and the A/C system the next year. This service costs me approximately $100 a year. This service is highly recommended to be performed anyway to keep the system in top condition. So for a service I would have paid for anyway I get a lifetime warranty on the system. I don't pay for the service call or parts.

This is my second year with them and the experience has been very good. They offer a discount if you pay for the year's service all at once. The office staff is very nice, and the person who comes to check the systems is very considerate about not tracking dirt into the house. They are very punctual.

I have a yearly appointment set up with them. They are very professional. They are very efficient. I would highly recommend them. They are very trustworthy. They come when they say they will. They are very reliable.

I got estimates from three different companies for a hvac system. Thermal's price was higher than anyone else's, but I bargained with them and they reduced the price somewhat. Their sales representative, Jamie Fitzgerald, looked over my current system, vents, ductwork, room sizes, air returns, windows, and so on. He was able to make a good recommendation about what kind of system I should have in my house to get efficient, even heat and air conditioning. My house is stone and more than 50 years old, so it isn't the easiest to heat and cool evenly and efficiently. Their financing package was not as good as the other companies' offers, they offered 6 months at no interest, while another company, for example, offered 12 months at no interest. However, a high-end homebuilder I know highly recommended Thermal's work, and now I know why. The two men who installed the system were top-notch and did a beautiful job. They took justifiable pride in their work, were very courteous and tidy.

Ross came out and took care of our a/c. He was right on time and very polite and personable.

We called Thermal Services to come out, they came as scheduled and worked well. We may have paid a bit more than average but it is worth every penny to have the job done right! Everything was cleaned up when they left and we were very pleased.

We had an agreement with Thermal Services to check our heating and air two times a year. They were very thorough, efficient and very polite. They cleaned up very well after themselves. When we have what we deemed an emergency, even though it was just a small task, they came right out and take care of the problem.

They were a punctual group who showed great professionalism in their work. They even showed us the old parts in which they replaced. They were respectful and showed pride and honesty for themselves as well as for the company. They cleaned up well and we were pleased to have their services.

The people from Thermal Services are extremely professional. They showed up on time and were extremely courteous to my family. I was also pleased they did the best they could to keep my home clean and they didn t track dirt or grease all over the place. It also took them less than a day to install my new furnace. They did just a great job over all.

When they come out they always come prepared that way if something were wrong they could fix it that day instead of having to schedule another appointment to come back out. They realize that my time is valuable and get whatever they have to do done quickly while at the same time doing a good job. When there is something that has to be done they come and notify me first and make sure that I agree.
