Description of Work: We had them remove existing grout and caulk from our guest bathroom tub area. They installed new grout and caulk, buffed tiles to a polish look and cleaned area once they were done. They steam cleaned our main floor tile and grout. The main floor tile came out great. The bathroom has never looked so good. We would use them again.

 + 0 moreI contact Mike from Grout Medic about cleaning, regrouting, recaulking and sealing the tile in the bathroom of my 1960's home -- I live in Lincoln, and he came down from Omaha to do an estimate so he could give me an accurate cost estimate based upon the work to be done. On the day I scheduled the work he arrived right on time and did an amazing job. I can not get over how good the finished product turned out! Mike is a true pro, a nice guy and this was money very well spent! Highly recommended!

Description of Work: The worker came at a day and time convenient to me, which happened to be a Saturday morning. This didn't bother him in the slightest. He got right to work and sealed the grout in my bathroom tile. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I watched him do his work for awhile, and he didn't mind a bit. He answered every question I had. The best surprise was the fee he charged for his services, which was more than reasonable for the work that he did. I even gave him a tip because I was so pleased with his service.

 + -1 moreTwo people worked a few hours on the first day and then one man worked a few hours the second day. We are pleased with the overall attitude of the team. They cleaned up the mess and left the bathroom ready to be used. The only reason I am giving a "B" in the price is that in absence of any other measure, I looked at the hourly rate being charged (I guess the material cost was not a major part of the deal). On the positive side, he took the coupon after consulting with the partner/boss.
Description of Work: We moved in an old home and the guest bathroom needed regrout. It is a smallish bathroom (no tub, just standing shower). We also needed them to put new tiles (in a row of one) around the entrance of the bathroom.

 + 0 moreWe actually looked this business up in the phone book and took a chance. It worked out quite well too. He was prompt, personable and figured out very quickly where the caulk was necessary. He did such a good job we can't tell the difference between the existing grout and the newly applied caulk. These areas were prime hiding places for insects and also for mold build up. We don't have that worry anymore.
Description of Work: Grout Medic applied caulk in all the open gaps in one of our bathrooms and our kitchen. This was done along the floor and on the walls. Where ever there were corners or edges.
