The Grout Medic - Omaha

Very nice work. Rather expensive at nearly $100 an hour.

Buy shower needed repair on the grout. I called and spoke with their scheduler she was very friendly and someone was scheduled to come out within a week. They came out to my house and gave me an estimate and matched my grout color. Within a couple days they were backed out to repair my grout. The gentleman who repair the grout was very professional and friendly the repairs took approximately 30 minutes. services were paid for at the time of the repair. I would recommend their services.

They use a silicone grout. Matched my existing grout. Very professional and friendly. Would have them do future jobs.

Mike did a wonderful job. He cleaned out the old grout and filled in the spots with new materials. We were lucky to have the original color so he could match it. Our shower looks like new again. He was prompt, professional and courteous.

Mike from Grout Medic was very responsive, punctual, and clean. Three of the top four things I look for in a contractor. He did everything he said he would do, and showed up on time when he said he would be there. After he was finished, it was as clean as ever. The only thing I wish was that he had a military discount. The price was a tad expensive, but I would call him again in a heartbeat.

He replaced the tub and shower surround in an upstairs bathroom. He worked hard for three days, replacing the wall behind the tile with cement board, too. He was extremely tidy, cleaning up every bit of scrap and grout. I'm extremely pleased with the job and would have him back again.

Mike arrived right on time both times - first when he estimated the job, then later when he came to do the work. He's a very personable guy, and very willing to explain all aspects of the work. He brought in the tools, protected the carpet in the bedroom and got right to work. He finished on time as he had estimated. When he finished the job, there was no mess at all in the bathroom. you'd never know he'd been there working, except for the great looking job. Shower looks like it is new.
