Vendor called to update their ETA, introduced himself and assistant. Worked quickly and efficiently. I would contact them again when needed. Courteous and friendly.

I had a last-minute need for carpet cleaning before putting my house on the market. They contacted me within an hour of my online request and scheduled cleaning within 48 hours. After a black light to find the sites of dog urine and a special extraction technique, I had a nice smelling home and beautiful clean carpet again! Very reasonable price!

Dan was timely, professional, and thorough. He was able to accommodate cleaning our carpet in an apartment building and was very helpful- even spot cleaning in the hallway for us. His costs were extremely reasonable.

Great service, was very flexible to schedule the work. 3 hours to do 4 bedrooms, 2 stairs and a large basement. Great work. Pet urine stains and smells are gone.

He and his son did excellent work in the duct cleaning. The only glitch was that when he cleaned out our furnace humidifier, the filter was moldy and needed replaced. He left the entire unit in the trash and failed to tell me I needed to save the surrounding pad assembly. When he came to replace it the next day I had already placed it in the trash. He is currently working to get a new assembly unit and a resolution to this issue.
