Dan responded to my request within 1-2min. He was able to fit me in the same day!! Amazing! He was friendly and very easy to converse with as he worked. He was willing to do extra work upstairs ALL with a willing spirit and a happy heart to help. I hired them for a much needed vent cleaning. Very satisfied with their service. They went above and beyond!

They did a great job. The only problem I had with them was we were scheduled for 1- 4pm that day, they had some sort of work emergency, they ended up getting to us at around 6pm . They stayed in touch with me the entire time until they arrived at our home. We will totally use them again to clean our HVAC system. Job well done

The actually cleaning guy was at our home for 4 hours and did not speak one word to me. I had no idea what to expect at all. He finally spoke with my husband though who stopped by near the end. He actually broke something in the furnace, which cost us an extra $200 to repair, as it was freezing in our house otherwise. Would not recommend.

1. The vents were not cleaned or even screwed back in. The owner offered to send someone the next day so I took time off work but no one arrived. The owner claimed that he had no idea where that person was. 2. You should be aware that in order to vacuum the ducts they cut a hole in the main ductwork from your furnace. I was not aware they were doing that. They then seal it with an Aluminum plate and tape but there is no guarantee it will not leak. All in all a not good experience.
