Description of Work: Terminix was great to work with. They were always prompt and friendly. We had a contract which included quarterly treatments and unexpected incidents like bee hives and they were extremely responsive. I had no complaints. I’d give them an “A” and their pricing was roughly $90/quarter.

Description of Work: We use them for termites and they are good for that. They offered a free bed bug inspection too, which they didn’t find anything. I was not impressed wit the bed bug inspection. We used another company for a heat treatment for the bed bugs. Terminix uses dry ice and a chemical to kill the bed bugs.

Description of Work: We have 2 accounts with them. They do the monthly pest control and we have no problems with them. We do have a yearly contract with them for the termite protection. I cannot talk to someone locally though; I get routed to their customer service center in Phoenix. They send flyers about the price for a termite protection and when I call them, they transfer me and I just wanted a better rate with the same protection. They canceled the termite protection and I had to clarify that I didn’t want it to canceled. The gentleman who comes every month is a good guy and comes when he said he would. He calls ahead of time too and I would give him an A. For the customer service and the company, I would give them a C. If I call to cancel, they will keep the rates the same; they are willing to keep their business.

Description of Work: onsite service professionals ( I have three over the last ten years are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and servioe to please. Most service contacts by support personnel are nasty and less than acceptable. I would dumped Termnnex years ago exceot there on sight techs are superb! Billing will nickel and dime you to death. can't fix stupid if the people behind the tech's donot care!

+ -1 moreI chose them because they have a satisfaction guarantee that if the bugs ever come back they would be back to spray. We have been using them about two years now, and only once have we had to call them back out to spray. They definitely stick by their word and are quick about coming back out.
Description of Work: We had a really bad problem with silverfish and spiders in the home, so we hired them on a quarterly basis to take care of it.

+ -1 moreThey showed up within 48 hours from our call to them. The man was very polite and the product he used must have been good because it got rid of the problem. I didn t remember the price, but I remember it being reasonable.

+ -1 moreWhen I first starting using Terminix I had a bit of a problem with the gentleman that came out to spray, because I noticed that if I didn t keep an eye on him he wouldn t spray everywhere we agreed that they would. After a few times of that, I called the company and they responded to the problem very quickly and fired they man. Since then I have never had any other problems. The man that comes out now, does his job exactly like he's supposed to do with out me watching over him. I just recommend to everyone that they pay attention to what's being done around the home and if there are any problems just call the company they are very easy to work with and they take action quickly to please the customers.
Description of Work: I pay them yearly to come out once a month to spray for carpenter ants.

+ -1 moreI have never had any problems with bugs around my house but am very concerned about termites so I hired them more as a preventative method then to get rid of bugs. When they come out to do the inspection they make sure they look and spray everywhere they are supposed to. At the end they bring a report and explain what the saw and did.
