I like them. They are clean and quiet and they do their job.

It never happened. My initial appointment was changed without notification, so I rescheduled. That appointment was changed without notification. This went on a few times. Trying to reach a live human is a test of patience since you need to hold for so long. A tech finally called me and I told him all that had happened. He was supposed to show on a Friday night, no show, and did not answer or return either of the voicemails I left. I have completely cancelled everything with this company. Hire the local guys, the prices are better and so is the service.

LIARS! Would NEVER use again. Unethical and ineffective. The "technician" left a VM that he would service the next day with a specific time window of two hours. Next day: No show, no call and 2 people were home. Then their email arrives at Noon sharp stating that the service was completed!?! I called at 12:30 and the "technician's" phone number from yesterday's message did not accept messages since "the mailbox was full"?! After two more tries, the "technician" answers and says he was at my house but couldn't give me a time (LIE), then said "nobody was home" (LIE), then "left a note on the front door" (LIE). After being bounced between 4 different people for another 35 minutes on the 800-Terminix #, I said I wished to speak to a manager, but it never happened ("the branch office wasn't answering their phones"????!!)--probably another LIE, and they said a manager would contact me within 24 hours. When I said I don't want the technician coming to my house (would you trust them inside your house?), 15 minutes later, he shows up and admitted he did not service the house (ok, one in the truth column). I cancelled and have already found a competitor that is half the price and doesn't require a year-long contract.

Fine. The employees are always professional and friendly.

I'd give them a "B" for overall service. Their quality is fine. I would also use them again. They spray for preventive purposes.

They treated our house six years ago. We still have them. They come every year to check and inspect. It was done in the winter, but now they switched it to early spring to inspect. It's roughly $300 a year for them to inspect. We don't have them come and spray for bugs. I really don't know on price, because I haven't compared, I got them by reputation.

It was rental property. Well I would say they are responsible and professional. I don't know how long it took for them to do it. I wasn't there. It's a rental property.

The person that showed up was in a pickup that did not even have the Company logo on it, the truck had mag wheels? The young man who came out did not even have a company shirt on, looked more like he was a senior at a local high school who was working part time. Our primary problem is ants. Three weels later we started seeing ants again. Called and asked for a follow up, was told the reason we are seeing ants is that the "treatment" was causing the ants to "escape" ???? Finally got them to agree to came out and retreat. It depends on how this next visit goes, if we keep them.

We have had Terminex for approximately 8 years doing quarterly inspections after we had carpenter ants in our upstairs bathroom. We have had no problems with them.

I can call and schedule an exam for the summer and that is an option.

I have been using them for a few years. They do a good job. Last summer, I had bees and they came out to treat those for me. They came out twice and they were very responsive. They also offer me discounts too and they have competitive pricing.

We had signed up for a one year contract for them to come out and spray out home. The sales person that showed up to our home that sold us the package told us that we would be notified when we needed to renew. Through the year the techs would show up hours late and customer service is horrible. We were unaware that our last service was just out of our contract period but was never notified. Until we received a bill in the mail. When I called to dispute the charge the customer service reps were very rude and I have requested on a number of occasions that i be contacted by someone who could help me with this bill. Over two weeks later no one has contacted me. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

I tried to get a termite inspection. The technician rescheduled at least 4 times. Sometimes he never even bothered to call and failed to show up. He failed to show up again and we have heard nothing from the company.

We've been using them for 12 to 15 years, and everything has been going well. They've been prompt and responsive, they're diligent with the applications and follow up, and the treatment is effective.

. The following is my personal opinion of our Terminix experience. These people did a good job of ridding our home of termites many years ago, and we appreciated that. However, recent follow-up been spotty at best. We pay $400+ per year for quarterly inspections, but usually get about 3 inspections a year. We had recent concerns about possible re-infestation. At first Terminix did not seem responsive to new concerns; then they were slow to respond to concerns. Originally they had bait traps under our deck, where the original infestation occurred. Subsequently they installed new bait traps, but did not install them under the deck (where the infestation occurred). We requested they replace the bait traps under the deck (adjacent to our concerns about infestation), but all of a sudden such replacement was going to be an additional expense although they were put there originally as part of the contract. We queried about additional work under a crawl space and asked for an estimate; did not give written estimate for additional work (scribbled a number on the back of a card, with no description of what the estimate would include). Not very professionally run, in my view. Disappointing. Sure haven't gotten much for our $400 per year, in my opinion.

The representative could not provide an estimated cost for the inspection. All she could tell me is that it is a nominal fee and if I was not happy I did not have to pay for it but i would not get the reports that I need for the loan. Everyone else that I called in Omaha could quote the cost for the inspection without an issue.

For about $60 /mth it was too expensive. Scheduling was a nightmare. Customer service or scheduling was done nationally, no local communications.

After they left we were just not satisfied with the presentation and cost. We have since canceled the service.

I have yet to receive a call from a manager. The people I have contacted at the 800 number are very nice, however, they are not able to do much for me. I will be canceling my contract with them and looking for a trustworthy service.

We used Terminix for 5 years in another state and they were Amazing - Best service! However, once we moved here a few months ago we had transferred service to our new home and had nothing but poor service and professionalism. We were very disappointed that the technician came late the first service and sprayed the exterior and did not meet us or let us know what he had done. We called and let them know we also wanted interior basement sprayed and they sent technician back out a few days later. I personally discussed with him that each time he came (we had quarterly service) we would like a call to make sure we were home as we like the interior basement sprayed also and have children so want to know when exterior is sprayed. The second service went same as first. Came and sprayed exterior only and spent about 10 minutes and left. We had to have him come back which they scheduled a week later. We also had not received a call letting us know he was coming at all. We received no apologies and had to end or service we had previously loved in our old state for 5 years. Very poor customer service!!!

They responded promptly. They gave a window of 1pm to 5pm, which is a little wide, but the technician called and offered to come early, which we did. He was clean and professional and did his work quickly and quietly. I was very concerned about chemicals not hurting my cat, but they convinced me that it was safe, and I am satisfied. He also sprayed the outside of the house and all the mulch. Later a different person came to do a complimentary termite inspection--I think it would be better if they put the two together, but maybe someone else had to do it. Anyway, he was also arranged to come early, and was very quick, friendly and efficient. They automatically set you up on a program to come out every 3 months for maintenance. I'm very satisfied, and would recommend them highly.

They do take pest problem, we had an ant problem and they took care of it. They are very friendly, professional and courteous.

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Terminix and will be using them to treat the exterior of our home for the next year
