They do a fantastic job! They are on time and are happy to help with any special requests.

I am pretty pleased with them. I haven't had any issues with them. If I call to come back out again they do so right away.

They had a coupon available for $30 or $40 off. We've only used them one time and they have done a good job so far.

My husband just said today that they should put something in the ground because we are paying $300 per year. I think for that amount of money, they should spray. They're very good. I will use them in the future. We have been using them for many years.

We used them in Kansas City too and had good luck with them. We have had no complaints with them here.

They are responsive. They are through. They have great customer service on the phone. The price is comparable. They go above and beyond.

The pests are gone and so far it is good. They are prompt and knowledgeable. For the prices, I haven’t compared it with anybody and I’m satisfied.

They have been very helpful and their service is really good. We can call them whenever there is any indication of abnormal pest activity or bugs or rodents. I can call them and they are usually able to get someone out to provide service. It’s a part of our contract with them. They come out whenever we call them for just the quarterly fee. It’s about $29 a quarter. I had been referred to them by a personal friend and we had ant problems previously in the fall and the spring. I wasn’t really able to deal with the ants with over the counter or normal household pest control stuff. So, a friend of mine recommended them. They have a fairly standard rate. They came out, looked at the property and stated the price. Now they come out quarterly and they will do an exterior treatment along the base of the home including the eaves or any areas where pests or insects could access the house. So, they spray those and treat those. Then they will come and treat the whole exterior, doors, baseboards, near the windows where we had seen insects or things before. They treat a drain that is outside the house. We usually don’t have any significant problems except when the season changes when it goes from being warm to cold or being cold to warm. That’s when we see resurgence of the bug activity. I just call them and they send somebody out within a week or so. Usually the problem clears up within 7 to 10 days provided it’s only one infestation. If there are insects coming from more than one access, they might have to come out another time. They had to do that once where it seemed like they came out and stopped it. It kind of settled for about a week or so. The insects were back again and they came back out. There is no extra charge for coming out. I have no problems with them. I have never compared their price with anyone else. They are very responsive, but they are an automated service. So, there were a couple of glitches in scheduling where I called their automated service and scheduled for a follow up. However, it somehow got jumbled in their system. That was a problem that I had about six months ago. They are very professional and they have always been on time.

An appointment was set up for an inspection, and to get a bid on termite extermination. I waited for 4 hours, and they never showed or called me to explain or verify. I called them and they said they could not find any record of the appointment that they scheduled! They made no attempt to reschedule the appointment. No apology or any explination of what happened. VERY unprofessional way to do business! Just look elsewhere for an exterminator in the Omaha area.

I saw these positive reviews on Angie's List for Terminix so I thought I'd give them a call first. I was put on hold for quite awhile and then hung up on. I called back again and gave the person who answered my information and she asked me to hold again. When she came back she said that there wasn't anyone in my area who could help me. I asked her why Terminix advertised in our phone book if they didn't do work in Omaha. Needless to say, I gave up!

They have great customer service and they are always very responsive to us. We would like to see a quicker reduction in our bugs, but they have only come a couple of times now. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, we have been satisfied with the service thus far.

When we discovered we had these carpenter ants, I called Terminix and they were there the next day. They did a really great job and the serviceman explained well what needed to be done. They will be coming back on a regular basis to control this problem.

I waited all that Saturday, Sunday and Monday before I e-mailed Terminix and canceled our contract for non-performance on Tuesday morning. Within hours I had a telephone call from the Terminix office saying that they would refund $48.00 (sometime in the next six months!) of the original $90+ down payment I had made on the contract. When I hung up from that phone call there was a message from the technician asking for me to telephone him to set up an appointment. I didn't call him back because I had just canceled the appointment. I chose Terminix over others on the list because of the glowing reports on Angie's list. I was disappointed. I hope my experience proves to be a warning to others.

We really like using Terminix to keep the bugs away from our house. We do not have any bug problems and haven't even seen any bugs since we have been using Terminix. If we do see any bugs, they will come out and take care of the problem with no extra charge.

We've used Terminix for the last three years and have them come quarterly. They spray every time they come and we haven't seen any bugs in between their visits. If we would happen to run into trouble with bugs, they would come at no extra charge.

Our family has been using Terminix to prevent termites for a long time. We really trust in the reliability and results that we have gotten with Terminix. The man who comes to our house is very nice and a great listener.

They have only been out to the house once so far but they seem to know what they are doing. They explained the whole procedure and told me what to expect as it will take a few treatment before all the bugs are gone. I think they could offer lower prices because they are quite high I think.

Terminix is a really nice company that does an excellent job of eliminating and preventing termites. Once we called them to come out, they got rid of the termites we had and we haven't seen one since.

Terminix International came out twice in one year for termite inspection only. After the second visit, they told us that we shouldn t have to worry about termites in our home because there weren t any signs of them.

Terminix is a very friendly company that really cares that their customers are bug free. I really like the fact that if he is even questionable about if a stake needs to be replaced, he replaces it. We have not had any problems with termites since we have been using Terminix.

Terminix does a great job of keeping bugs away from our home. Since we have been using them, we have only had one little problem with ants. We called them and they came right out to take care of the problem.

We were told by the guy who does the treatments that this particular kind of termite can be very harmful to our home, as there can be over 2000 termites in any certain colony. He usually shows up about the second week of every month to treat our home and calls to let us know he is coming out. I think the professionals from Terminix are going to win this battle. I feel their prices are very affordable.

We have not seen any bugs or anything since we have been using Terminix to prevent bugs in and around our home. They show up on the same day of each month, so we know when they are going to be here. We have been very pleased with their service.

The guy who comes to our house from Terminix is a really nice guy. He does a great job of making sure that our home does not have any termites. We are really happy using Terminix to prevent termites in our home.

We have a yearly contract with Terminix. They only come out once a year to inspect. They did give us a report on their inspections. They used a good product because we haven't had any problems with termites.
