They charged $65 for the service. Overall, the job went well per my experience. I have recommended them to other people. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went well. The hot water heater was installed first, since we did not have any hot water at all. That was important for showers, washing dishes, and cleaning. Finished in one day, wonderful to have hot water. When the office came out to inspect the job, they did not like where the pipes were put as the outflow, so they had a team come in and fix that, no charge. The furnance and air conditioner were next, install went well, there was one glitch as the humdifer had a broken part and it took a week to 10 days for the part to come in and they came and fix that. Then we thought that the hot water heater was leaking, but it was a old pipe that needed to be replaced and they took care of that for us too. The last thing needed was the drainage hose for the hot water that had to ordered and that was also taken care. I also want to add that I have called them on several different things that came up such as the connection for the old gas dryer, that also needed to be replaced. I was told that I had to have a plumber to take off the old gas dryer connection and hook up the new gas dryer. When I contacted the gas company to ask if they could do that, I was told that I would have to hire a plumber to do this job. I did not know a plumber so I contacted Service One, they did not do this type of work, but they did provide a contact for me to call that came and took care of that job for me on the same day. So even if they could not do the job, they provided a way for me to make sure to get the job was done and done correctly.

The Indoor Comfort Service Man Found and correct a problem that many HVAC service companies had been called to correct but did not find or correct. Once the service was completed by Indoor Comfort the problem was solved and never re-occurred . Every year for ten years different services company were called to solved the furnace from failing to ignite any time day or night. Every year the problem re-occurred. Finally after Indoor Comforted was called for services the problem was solved. The Moral of the story - if you want, good service and the Job done right at reasonable price - Indoor Comfort is a very reliable company to look to for service.

I've used this company several times in the past few months for some plumbing work on an older (circa 1950's) house that was being remodeled. Every time the company has kept to its service time window, though that window is fairly elongated (about 4 hours). Before arriving I've received a call from their dispatch center giving me a 30 minute heads up, allowing me to still work full days even when I have a repair scheduled. The plumbers have always been extremely nice and professional. They've been willing to answer questions and talk about what they are doing. On a previous call there was a mix up due to some ambiguous wording on a previous bid they were using as the basis for the work being performed. The company rectified the mistake fully, and I ended up with new pipes at no extra cost to myself as a result. That shows they are willing to work with the customer to fix any mis communications. In addition, of the three places I've called ServiceOne has always been at or among the lowest cost.

They have done work for all of our 20 houses. We can call them and they would usually send someone out on the same day. They would not try to sell us a whole new unit, if we would be needing just a new blower. They provide good workmanship as well. I would recommend them.

Dishwasher was making noise. I called the general Service One Number. They confirmed I had a service plan, and scheduled a technician for the next day. The technician arrived on time. He took about half an hour to clean and diagnose the issue with my machine, give me the results, and suggest several maintenance techniques to keep the issue from happening in the future.

I am totally and completely pleased. Outstanding work. Always eager to please and were willing to be flexible with my wishes. and make changes or add ons. Always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. I could not be happier with the job Marty Anderson and his tile sub-contractor, Stephanie Furhman, did for me. They were respectful of me and my home. They always covered up floors and covered their shoes...all non-work areas were protected from construction dust and debris as well as cleaning up whenever they left for the day. They were both the consumate professionals as well as being friendly, tidy, efficient and a real pleasure to work with. I would reccomend Service One, with Marty Anderson as the project manager,to anyone wanting a job in their home done well. Stephanie is a sweetheart with a strong work ethic, detail oriented and has great ideas for tile design. It was such a relief to have such trustworthy capable people in my home.

It was very quick, efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves, which I appreciated.

I just bought a house and it had not been lived in for a year. After moving items in I noticed some issues, so I contacted Serviceone as they were my warranty holder. Serviceone set me up with an appointment and gave the serviceman Shawn ample time to look into my issues. Shawn answered all my questions and was very helpful. After Shawn had checked all my concerns and crossed them off, I asked him for an estimate to add shut off valves and replace a faucet on my bathroom sink. Shawn took a look, gave me an estimate and explained in detail what he would do and how it would be done. As plumbing is not my strong suit, I had Shawn perform the task. Shawn did great work and showed me everything he had done afterwards. Shawn showed a genuine interest in my concerns and seemed to care that I was happy in my new house and with his company.

For A/C service, it was poor. The technicians that have come out have always seemed knowledgable and friendly, but it is their scheduling policies that need the help. When your a/c goes out, you obviously need it (or you wouldn't know it is out), and taking 7-10 days for them to even look at it is unacceptable. If I weren't in a home warranty contract, I wouldn't have used them. The customer service was poor as well. I was very upset at the timeline to get it fixed, so I filled out their customer survey on their website. A customer service rep called me promptly regarding my review, and proceeded to tell me that it is completely normal to wait 9 days to have my unit looked at. She continued to tell me that all of my information was wrong. And to quote her "you are just upset because you are not getting your way...and you WILL NOT get your way."

I don't have any complaints with them, that's for sure. They get the job done correctly, on time, and they're clean. I have belonged to it for a number of years and they've always been there when I've wanted them to be. It's like an insurance policy. You pay every month and if something goes wrong they will come out and fix it.

The service person was very nice and professional and fixed the problems within 20-30 minutes. However, I called at 7:45 in the morning and they could not give me a time frame of when they would be there. The service person finally got there about 4:30 in the afternoon. I missed the entire day of work waiting for them. I thought it was unusual that they couldn't give me a window of time for an appointment. Maybe it was because I don't have a service contract with them.

We are currently on their home protection plan. Everything turned out fine. They did a good inspection. The technician gave me some good information about my air-conditioning unit and what I could expect in the future. We haven't had to use their annual service plan still, so I can't comment on that. They are prompt and punctual. The service personnel really know what they are doing. In my two experiences with them they have given me good information about the service they were working on to help me maintain the equipment better and understand what was involved. I don't know about their price. I will stay with the company in the future.

I was happy with their service. They are a full service provider for repairs. I am a member and pay $38 per month. What they came to do was covered except for the trip fee of $25. He was prompt and came when he said that he would come.

They do great work. They are very professional and they come out on a regular schedule, which I don’t have to worry about. It has been a pleasure working with them.

He was not able to do the repair because it's not in his purview. We have some stains on a brand new tile ceiling from the leak. He removed several of the tiles and said that he couldn't do anything about it and didn't tell us who call. I'm not glad that I'm missing tiles and I'm not satisfied with the outcome.

I called for a problem with 2 A/C units at my 4-plex. Since this was my first time calling them they asked me if I had a service plan with them. Told them no and they said they would charge me a $70 "trip charge" plus repair work. Ok I said. Then they tried to sell me on to their monthly service plan. Took them a couple days to get someone out. Tech was professional, knowledgable and courteous. The total cost of repairs for their "on demand" service is very steep. I will not call them again unless I decide to sign up for the monthly service plan. I won't sign up for the monthly service plan untill I read the fine print on coverages.

The serviceman we great, he found the issue very quickly; which was buildup inside the hoses from detergent. He said it was a fairly common issue and had the hoses changed quickly. Great job, i will be using again for my microwave that just decided to die *As an update, I entered into a service agreement with this company that turned into a nightmare. I've posted a review about it and I will never use them again I also had to have them out twice in a row to service our humidifier. It was not fixed on the first visit. I could tell because there was no water runoff, but he objected and told me to wait a few days for it to work. BS Had them out again and finally it was fixed.

Courteous, two visits to repair the furnace, but it was functioning after the first--the repair man just ordered a new motor because he thought the other was failing. Given we got the home warranty through a new home purchase, we pay only $75 per appliance repair, and that includes parts and labor...so the second visit cost me nothing. They also were helpful in letting me know what would or would not be covered in the future. On the range repair, they tried to order a part no longer made by the manufacturer. I was able to find another company to do the repair and determine that the unavailable part wasn't needed. The repair credit I received more than covered the work done by the other company; I would be able to have additional work done to the appliance if needed

They were excellent and did a good job. They were really friendly. They came in, took off their shoes and took care of it the same day. They were able to get in, in a timely manner and get the job done very well.

The experience went fine. They sent out two technicians who were unable to resolve the problem. The third technician came out and changed the time delay board and it solved the problem. I have the gold service plan with them and I pay them on a monthly basis. I think that their prices are great. I would use them again in the future.

The pump was replaced on the washer and it took care of the problem. I called them back two days later when I noticed the washer wasn't aggitating. I had not noticed this prior to them coming out the first time. They replaced a part and did not charge me for the second visit. There was a part broken in the refrigerator door. After it was replaced the door stayed shut. I appreciated that the repair person explained what had happened and what he was doing to fix the problem. After he completed the work he asked if I had any questions and if I felt I understood the company policy regarding the deductible.

Prompt, easy to work with. Explained all the problems and the work clearly. I felt very secure authorizing the repair. Repairs worked. Pleasant experience.

Lorin of Service One did both the estimate and the installation. He was professional and personable on both occasions. The Service One price was approximately $400 less than the other bidder for the job. Lorin explained the scope of the project and the costs carefully and answered all my questions when he came to provide the initial written estimate for the project. In addition, he patiently offered detailed instruction and advice about maintenance and repair that I was able to perform myself on our non-functional water softener. That guidance alone saved us hundreds of dollars. The sink and faucet installation was professionally finished over the course of one day. The work was neat and fully functional. Lorin cleaned up and hauled away all old sinks, faucets, boxes, and other debris. I was particularly impressed when Lorin noted that one of the new lavatory sinks we had purchased was subtly different in color and style to the others. In order to make sure that the double sinks in our master bath matched perfectly, he took out the half bath sink he had already installed and re-installed it for a perfect match in the master bath. His dedication to making sure that the job was done right added 45 minutes to the total project time, but there was no extra charge. You don't run into such customer service very often.

Technician was very nice, did the work he was asked to do, only charged service charge. Explained what he needed to do with the toilet. I love this company! I am going to go with their service plan because I trust them!
