 + -1 moreThey were just wonderful and did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They were very prompt, courteous and considerate. They gave us a discount for doing all three jobs and because it was such a large job. They cleaned up very well and worked very hard. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: The service guys installed all the electrical for our new home that we are building. The electrical included all the wiring for the total house, which is sixteen hundred square feet and a walk out basement. They hung the light fixtures, but I bought them. They also did all the plumbing in which they had the parts needed. They did the HVAC too. The biggest part was the electrical. The price is for all three jobs done at the same time, because it wasn t broken up.

They repaired my refrigerator in about 10 minutes and kept on trucking. They always call and scheduled a time to come out whenever they service my appliances and I thought they are absolutely outstanding.

But either they don't know what they are doing or they are under orders not to let the home owner know, if something is wrong if it is covered under their Home Warranty contract. If the item is not covered, I'm sure they'd be glad to let you know about it and sell you the needed part.
Description of Work: I purchased a Home Warranty from Service One, that included my heating and air conditioning service. Under the terms of the contract, they were to replace any parts that could not be repaired. My air conditioning refrigerant was leaking, so I called Service One. Of course, the temperatures outside were in the high 90s and low 100s. It took them a few days to get to me, but I was happy when they did arrive. They filled up the refrigerant and said they tested for leaks in the coil. The next time, I called for the same problem, they couldn't come for a week to 10 days. So I called another contractor who showed me, that there were more than 20 leaks in the coil. I called Service One and asked them to replace the coil and/or discontinue my Home Warranty agreement. They refused to replace the coil. So in my opinion, signing up for a Service One Home Warranty contract is like buying insurance, they're glad to take your money until something is wrong, then suddenly, you have no coverage.

I'm 90 years old and I love knowing they are there to help me out. The employees are very nice and professional. If something breaks, I call them and they are there within a day, sometimes sooner. I like there company very much, and would recommend them.
Description of Work: Serviceone Incorporated has been fixing my appliances for years. I have them scheduled on a monthly basis to do maintenance checks on my major appliances such as the dishwasher, stove, washing machine and dryer.

We feel safe knowing that we can call them. They have always sent out the same guy who is clean and neat. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get our washing machine up and running in no time.

The guy they had do the work on our air conditioner was really good. They ran a good business and it was a great deal.

 + -1 moreThey sent someone out to do the repair within a day, which was important. The repairman was very honest and didn t try to convince me there were more problems that there really was. They covered all major appliances. I paid Service One $500 a year and $65 plus tax to repair or replace all major appliance that had a problem.

 + -1 moreWhen they come out they do a very good job of checking out the unit and making sure there are no problems but if there are they come to you and explain the problem, what cause it and what we can do about it. All of the technicians are very skilled and helpful.
Description of Work: I have them come out once a year under warranty to check the unit and this time they had to replace the heat pump because it was worn out.
