Description of Work: These are the best technicians I've ever had. They figured out a problem that no one else has been able to solve. They are pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to help.

Description of Work: Be very careful with this company. I had an issue with my furnace. Apparently the issue was called a "smart Valve". Immediately after TRENT diagnosed the smart valve problem the "sales pitch" started. My furnace was outdated and for the cost of a new smart valve He could "just about" replace the entire furnace for the same cost. My house was built in 2005. Along with the new furnace I could get an incredible deal on a new A.C. unit as well. H***, the A-coil on the furnace was still under warranty why did I need a new furnace. And Nothing was wrong with my A.C. I had already bought a service agreement for I believe one yr. that I chose not to fulfill. I requested to be removed from their e-mail list but apparently that must be impossible because I still get their spam. I called Southwest Mechanical who by the way replaced my "smart valve" for 225.00 dollars. BE CAREFULL

Description of Work: Installed new furnace, humidifier and air conditioner...done in one day! Jeff and crew very knowledgable,prompt and courteous. We would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I called 3 Trane contractors to get estimates on replacing my very old A/C & furnace. Jeff from River City was the only company rep who didn't seem like a salesman. He was very knowledgable & friendly, and listened to what I had to say. I had been using a different contractor to perform my annual maintenance, and since I really liked them, figured I would go with them, and really just called River City to get another estimate. Very glad I did! The install went very well. We had the crew move the A/C unit to a different location outside our house. Jeff estimated it would be a 1 1/2 to 2 day job. All of the guys on the crew were very friendly. Good group of guys to have at your house. They were able to complete the install on day 1, but came back the next day to replace a breaker that had tripped when first turning on the AC. They wanted to make sure all was well. Very impressed with the entire company. MUD was finally able to come out & inspect the install of the furnace. A+

Description of Work: Fantastic service, excellent tear out of old furnace and installation of furnace and heat pump. They did it in one day.
