Jeff was great to work with. Evaluated what we needed for our two-story home and presented options in replacement of our 20 yr. old Trane furnace & A/C. On time and on budget. Bob & Jose did excellent install! System is a great improvement.

I was looking for a new furnace to replace my 30 year old unit and after gathering quotes from 3 different companies I called River City Heating and cooling. Jeff Ladwig came out and assessed what I had and what would be the best solution as far as replacement. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he has been in the heating and cooling business for 20+ years. He explained what my best option would be for my house and my budget. There was absolutely no pressure from him at all. I decided to go with a Trane furnace after a recommendation from a friend who stated that if he would ever have to replace his furnace he would go with a Trane. I was very please with River City and would not hesitate to call them or recommend them to my family or friends. As far as the furnace and AC, I have only had the unit for 2 weeks but so far it is working great. The real test will be when the cold weather comes

The service rep was very though in trying to locate the problem. He made some recommendations to us. We had been told previously by a different a/c company that our unit was too small for our house. We did not think that the builder would install a unit too small. The rep checked the size and determined that it was in fact the right size for the house (no new a/c required👏) the final determination was to have air ducts cleaned. We were pleased that they did not try to sell us a new unit. We would definitely use River City again.

Residential Mgr. Jeff lading responded to my call within 20 minutes. Came to the house & explained new install very efficiently and had a 2 man crew out to the house within a couple days. Brian and Barry did a great job with the install and removal of old unit. These guys are pros - Fast, clean, personable, but no nonsense. They were here 19 years ago and replaced my dad's unit last year & having them next sun replace 19 yr old furnace. These guys are legit.

Replaced my a/c and furnace. I had gotten four estimates and chose River City because they were informative, attentive and friendly. I felt comfortable and informed from the estimate to post installation.

Exceptional service. Jeff was terrific when he came out to see what I needed. His quote was well below the other estimates I obtained. The installation crew (Bob and Jose) were right on time, they worked quickly and efficiently.

Prompt and friendly. Their estimate was much lower than the others but the product was exceptional. I had actually started this review last year and apparently never finished it. So here we are one year out. No problems with the unit. Still receiving excellent service for furnace and a/c check-ups.

Jeff met individually with my husband to go over all of our options. Once replacement was decided, the date was set for removal & install. The workers were on time, clean, polite and worked all day until completed.

I really don't know what the going rate is. We knew they were good. We've had them to care for our furnace for like five years now, annual inspection, and they were very thorough, so we mostly gave it to their reputation and the way they did their work here. We've used them for five years now for annual service on our old unit.

He examines our heating and air conditioning twice a year. It's part of a maintenance plan and I pay an annual fee.

From beginning to end the service was great. Jeff was very thorough and explained things well, but didn't waste time. He was not pushy either. The guys that did the installation were very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and took the amt. of time expected.

Technician quickly identified the problem and quickly fixed it. He only charged us for the spring maintenance check!

I called for a quote on the work to be done. i spoke with the company rep. and we talked about what we needed and I made the decision to go with them on the work. Within days they were there and performed the work.

They were cheaper than anyone I have used since, and they have never tried to up-sell me.

The day started bad for me because I woke up and was very sick. I texted Jeff Ladwig to see if he wanted to change the appointment. He said he had everything lined up for the install and wanted to proceed. Jeff got to my house right on time and said don't worry about anything he would take care of it and that I should go back to bed. I spent the rest of the day in bed and didn't worry about the install. They replaced my heat pump and the electric furnace. It was all done in one day and it was wonderful. They reviewed the new equipment and showed how it worked. No mess at all! They cleaned up and we could hardly tell anyone had been there except for the new equipment. From the day we first contacted River City Heating & Cooling , Jeff has been very professional. I highly recommend River City Heating & Cooling !

The guys arrived on time, introduced themselves. They started working right away. We had guaranteed pricing, which was great because they needed to call in an electrician. Any problems they ran into was brought to our attention. They left the place just as it was when they came.
