Work was done well It worked all summer and they came back to shut the system down for the fall.

Love this company. I found it on Angie's List and was extremely satisfied. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out on the same day that I called. They arrived on time and got to work. They fit perfectly in to my busy schedule, and was done in no time at all. I appreciate that. This is definitely the company to call. I plan to use them for any future work that I need. Jake who did the maintenance for my sprinkler system was very nice and professional. He got right to work and explained what it was that he was doing. This is my first home with a sprinkler system. We were not able to find the water valve that was buried under the mulch right away but Jake kept at it until he was able to find it. I had not be told by the previous owners on where it was located. Then Jake explained how the timer worked on my system he was very helpful in that. I would definitely be using Quality Irrigation for my spring and fall maintenance just because of the helpfulness of the service I received from them.

Jeff was extremely professional. Provided a courtesy call before coming over. Explained all steps during the procedure. Definitely would use Quality Irrigation again.

DOUG PROVIDED A DETAILED ESTIMATE AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING THE PLAN. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE WAS NOT COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE. I EVENTUALLY WENT WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER BUT WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I was not there for the work, but I did speak with them on phone. They did all of the work to our satisfaction. There were no additional costs beyond the Big Deal.

They were prompt in coming to our home. Delayed in diagnosing the problem and communicating with us. But it was a plumbing problem that I'm not sure was in their realm of responsibility. He did let me know he knew about our posting on Angie's List which left me a bit uncomfortable. I guess he could tell from the description of the situation. He also asked for me to let him know if the problem was resolved, which I appreciate. He also offered to pay for any other contractors work, which I didn't think necessary. So I am changing my initial grade because of the owner's to please.

Shawn did a great job. Gave a good assessment of existing system and assured me that it was a nice one that only needed minor adjustments. Pleased with results.

Fantastic service! I have used Quality Irrigation twice now and I won't go with any other company. Their service techs are incredibly helpful and respectful of my time and property. This last time they had to dig down to some of the valves for our sprinklers and left no mess once the job was done. Put everything back in the same shape it was in prior. The tech went above and beyond to find us a solution to our problem. I would recommend them to anyone! They are worth every penny!

I had problems with sump pump running allot and had already worn out one pump. Everyone I called over the last 2-3 years either would not come out or said it was not my sprinkler system causing the problem. When my sump pump started running every half hour to 45 min. I called Quality Irrigation. The service man who came out kept looking until he found the cracked pipe, gave me an estimate and scheduled to come back. My brother passed away and when I called back to change the appointment they set it up for an earlier time so I could talk to the person doing the repair and left for the service. There was an item they said I would need a plumber to fix before turning the sprinklers back on. They suggested a plumber, but unfortunately he never returned my call, that was not Quality Irrigations fault however.

We have not yet informed them that as of today we have gone with another company. All four companies were good, but this was the highest estimate at approximately $3500. It included services the other companies felt were unnecessary.

I have an annual contract that includes spring and fall turn-ons as well as a summer check-up. Any repairs are in addition to my $195 annual contract price. They are very professional, responsive and reasonably priced. Last summer I was getting ready to take a road trip and was going to be gone for five weeks. I noticed when the morning I was leaving that a section of sprinklers were not working. Because I was going to be gone for five weeks I really needed them to come out and they came out within two hours of my call.

It went exactly as planned inspite of the weather (it was lightly snowing during installation). They came back this weekend to turn it on and show us how to run it. Everyone we dealth with from Ryan the owner to all of the installation crew were very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Quality Irrigation! Every step of the way they were helpful, prompt, professional and worked hard to ensure we as the customer were informed and comfortable. Installing sprinklers is a big job and a lot of money, but we are 100 percent happy with their work and will recommend them to anyone! They were wonderful.

While they were not the least expensive bid we received it was clear they were highly competent and were providing high quality work. They installed 8 zones in our 9800 sq foot plot. More zones than were bid with any other organization. They were EXCEEDING pleasant to work with and respectful of the property. The work was done very quickly and they even took the time to do a few little "extras" without additional charges or complaints. Heck, they didnt even point them out, we found them after the fact. Totally unnecessary little additions just in order to be thorough and maintain a high quality install. I had a few problems with my sprinklers system last yer including pressure issues and leaking which even resulted in water in the basement. Quality Irrigation came out and activated the system, tested it, found the faulty heads, fixed them (which involved digging deep in the backyard), moved one head that was causing problems and replaced a valve all the same day, on the spot. They also identified other needs that will be taken care of at a later stage. All of this was done with extreme professionalism, explaining exactly what was going on, respectful of the house and of the fact that I was working in the meanwhile. I was extremely pleased by the service received. These guys are excellent!

The work is always done well. They do good work, but you pay for the high quality.

It went extremely well, all work was completed in one day. After the work was done, the lawn hardly looked like it was disturbed. The installers explained the operation clearly, and left me with the feeling I was prepared to manage the system myself, even though they offered to assist with spring startup, and adjustments.

Both the office staff and technician were professional and responsive. Work was completed in a timely and efficient manner and the tech was knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions/concerns. Will definitely continue to use their service when required.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. They were timely, professional, and took additional time to explain the service that they were going to perform beforehand. They answered all questions that I had afterwards. I’d recommend them!

The work was done as scheduled. The technician was kind and professional. I think the work was done well. After this summer's drought, there is a patch of grass that is dormant/dead where I would have expected the sprinkler head that was replaced to cover. It would have been nice if the contractor had verified good coverage. I have since learned how easy it is to replace sprinkler heads, so I will probably handle this part of maintaining the system for myself in the future.

This is the second time I have used this company, and they have never failed to impress me. They always show up on time and explain everything to you. The install at this house was very labor intensive for them because of numerous mature trees in the back yard. They worked all day long and into the dark to make sure everything was set up correctly. Without a doubt I would use this company over and over again.

As usual, it went very well with them. I've had them out to winterize my system twice. Always very professional & friendly, from the folks in the office to the technicians in the field. Will definitely use again, and will have them install the additional zone when the budget allows.

Their pricing depends on what they have to do for me. They are very prompt and go above and beyond.
