Miguel did a great job with trouble shooting and starting up my system. Any repairs were taken care immediately and my system is ready to go for this season.

They were extremely helpful in explaining everything about my system ! I just moved into this Villa a few months ago !

I have several works done by them, overall I am satisfied their work and greatly appreciate their service. Their people are nice and professional.

GREAT!!!! Quality Irrigation is full of top notch service employees who know what they are doing and are very capable of fixing any and all issues with sprinkler systems. From the office staff to the repairmen, pleasant and very reliable.......they let you know when they are coming and they show up, they explain what needs to be done, bid the work, and fix it in a very reasonable time frame and at a reasonable cost. Blink your eyes, and you have a sprinkler system in tip top condition!!!! Will definately keep them at the top of the "CALL LIST"!!

I had asked Quality Irrigation to have the dispatched technician call me approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving so I could make it home on time; they did. I was able to meet Fernando when he arrived, and he explained what what he would be doing, how it would occur, and the time it would take. Everything described occurred without issue, all the while conversing with Fernando. Great service, great price, great scheduling flexibility.

EXCELLENT! My husband and I had used a very well known sprinkler services for the last 10+ years. When the company failed repeatedly at providing decent customer service we had to look elsewhere. I looked to Angie's List and found Quality Irrigation; their customer service has been superior from the start...... From the first day I talked to Pam to set up the initial appointment, to Dylan arriving on site for inspection and repair. Dylan repaired our exterior pipe on his first visit. On Dylan's second visit he discovered the pipe he had previously fixed had a small air hole; which he repaired immediately. Dylan doesn't waste time; he get's the job done well - - - good work ethic and positive attitude. I am proud to say our new sprinkler service provider is Quality Irrigation.

I have been a customer with Quality Irrigation for about 5 years now and have their service contract. These guys are great, every one of them that has come out to either open up the system or close it down have always been very knowledgeable, friendly and on time. Jay Taylor has been coming out to the house for about two years now and he is great, always knows what the problem is if there is one and knows how to fix it. With as many customers as Quality Irrigation has Jay always remembers where the turn off/on valves are and always answers any questions I may have. He always and I mean always remembers to take off his shoes before coming into the house. Quality Irrigation has a great employee, one could not ask for a better worker and someone who knows what customer service means.

The team at Quality is wonderful to work with. They are thorough and check our system twice a year. They are always prompt , professional , and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone.

The very nice lady on the phone told me that we were out of their service area. They are located in Omaha and we are in Bellevue. I have never run into this before where a company in Omaha wouldn't service Bellevue area.

They were fantastic! We didn't get our sod put down for a few months after installation because of the heat. They worked with us on timing and were very helpful after we had a leak. They got us back on the schedule the very next day. We built an addition on to our house so we've dealt with lots of sub-contractors. These folks get an A+ from us!

The tech found out there was NO leak (I just hadn't run the water long enough to build up pressure). He still insisted on checking my sprinklers, and we found one sprinkler head that was broken. He was very friendly and professional. He only charged me for the visit and replacing the sprinkler head. I'm so appreciative of companies that don't overcharge.

I was impressed with the quality of the work, and the professionalism of the 2 young men who helped us. They were punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. I intend to use them in the future when needed.

Cut off in traffic by a Quality Irrigation truck today-- that's enough for me. If the employees don't follow traffic laws, how can you trust them?

The did an excellent job with the installation, despite the fact it was snowing at the time and they are great to work with.

Very well, they are great to work with. We still have them maintain the system (start up, adjustments, winterize), and they always show up on time and are very courteous.

Quality Irrigation installed a new sprinkler system control module, started up the system and adjusted all the heads. The day they arrived - ON TIME - I asked the technician if he had time for a little extra work. I had forgotten to mention to the office. I needed a line ran to my garden and some sort of irrigation system put in. I made my suggestions, and then let the tech do it the right way. It works great, the price was more than fair. I'd recommend this team to everyone.

The service was excellent. The one thing that set Quality Irrigation apart from the other irrigation companies in Omaha was the process and the customer service. For those who have seen the CNBC the profit tv show.... Marcus Lemonis always talks about people, product, and process. And I would have say they pass every eye on that aspect. I would definitely recommend Quality Irrigation for anyone who is seeking irrigation at their home or business.
