It went great. I have used them in the past. They have always been great. They are very punctual. They are very knowledgeable. They are professional. They are courteous and very conscientious. Bryce came out and he was excellent.

I had a fence put in and it broke my sprinkler system in several places. Also, the heads were not all pointing the right way or in the right places afterward because the fence blocked some of the yard. Quality Irrigation came out and fixed all this for us. They did a great job! They added some heads, moved others, and repaired the lines in a few places. Now my entire yard is well irrigated.

The install of the irrigation system was fine. They were efficient, and explained how to use the control box. They kept me apprised of their progress and addressed any concerns I had. The plumbing service they sub-contracted was not good. I'll leave those comments in a separate review.

They are very punctual. They have good communication with their customers. They are good at reminding us when we need to have our services performed so that we can schedule a time. They are pretty open to rescheduling the time.

Service tech was professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and had suggestions for moving heads to accommodate a rework of a garden. Took time to go through sprinkler settings and suggested different watering intervals. They were great and I would use them again.

The owner Ryan did an excellent job in promptly responding to my billing issue.

I was so impressed with the service tech's (Bryce) courtesy and respectful handling of my really pretty ignorant service request. He went over all my MANY questions, explained exactly how things work and even suggested that I take a picture of the spring set-up so I could easily refer to that next year and take care of things on my own. When I asked how to change a battery on the control system, he also went over that carefully, and he checked through the entire system sprinkler by sprinkler to make sure all were working properly. Excellent experience with this company!

He was on time and very professional. He looked at my system and was able to figure out right away that there was two watering cycles running back to back, so I was doubling my time on watering. He adjusted the settings and explained on how to have the cycles run longer during July and August (this is something I asked him about.). These guys have been great, they are all very knowledgeable and very helpful on the phone and when they come out for service. I wouldn't want to go with another company.

The technician explained options for the new sprinkler heads and prices involved for each option. He did have necessary parts and supplies and was able to install in a very short period of time. He also explained that if necessary appointments could be made to install if I wished to get competitive bids or discuss with my wife prior to installation. I didn't need the additional time and requested he accomplish as early as possible. Installation took approximately 20 minutes and it works great. Very professional and very customer oriented. I will use Quality Irrigation again to shut my system down in the fall.

The provider was very professional and punctual, determined the best date and temperature conditions for the service and communicated effectively for time.

I called with hat in hand, realizing that it was the height of winterization activity, but in need of a quick fix. We had equipment, materials and labor lined up for another project when we found two unexpected sprinkler heads in the project space. The project was to start on Saturday morning, and it was Thursday morning when I called Quality Irrigation. They have always given me the CAN DO attitude that I look for above everything else. Trina explained that the book was FULL, but that she would look for an opportunity to help me out since it sounded like a quick job. Later that day she found a few minutes in the schedule and sent a guy over to raise the two heads so that we could move on with the project. Very impressive to me, as most places would have just said "sorry, we're are all booked up". Quality found a way to get me the help I needed to move forward even when it seemed like an impossibility.

The service tech arrived exactly on time. The entire process only took a total of 20 minutes or so. He even fielded some questions from my husband regarding plans for adding a new patio space to our backyard in the spring. We have used Quality Irrigation for over 3 years now -- starting about the first week after we purchased the home we're living in now. In the time we've been conducting business with Quality Irrigation they have performed many services for us: spring startup; summer check up; fall shutdown; added new sprinkler heads; removed and/or shut off specific sprinkler heads; advised on retaining wall projects; advised on patio installation and placement; advised on ways to improve landscaping water, and on and on. Throughout all of these years, QI has proven to be a company I can truly count on to arrive when they say they're going to be here; be courteous; thoroughly knowledgeable; patient and trustworthy. The people hired at this company from the appointment setter to the office manager and to every technician that has arrived seem to be quality individuals, which shows that the owner truly cares about his people and especially his customers. One last note: their prices are very reasonable and their techs won't push you to do unnecessary things to your system. For example, we had a sprinkler head go out in one location and wanted to remove a head in another. The tech suggested we replace the broken head with the one we removed, saving us money. I was thankful for that suggestion as we are very budget conscious. Overall: I can't recommend highly enough to go to Quality Irrigation for your new system or service on your existing system. Just ask my neighbors -- they're all using QI as well!

The tech arrived on-time and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He took the time to walk thru the operation of the control panel, provided instructions on how to adjust spray patterns, explained how the system functions, and helped set appropriate watering times to reduce costs. Overall...very pleased with Quality Irrigation from their timeliness on response, friendly customer representatives, and their technician. We will be using them for all future services.

I just bought a new house, wanted a sprinkler checkup. The worker was efficient, walked the yard checking things out, made some adjustments, and even helped me find a zone that wasn't hooked up right.

Jeff arrived before the 8 o'clock appointment and went right to work. He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. Fixed a sprinkler head and straightened all of the rest. Advised me on somethings I needed to do and showed me how to work the control panel properly. I will not have anyone else work on my system.

The tech showed up on time, as promised. He was very courteous and professional and he genuinely cared about doing a good job and my satisfaction. VERY refreshing in today's world where that is a rarity. Mike (tech) has ensured through his excellent job, that I will utilize this company for all my future needs in this area and I will ask for him should the need arise.

They were great. Price was on par with other providers in the area plus it included a rain gauge. Their communication is great, they always called me when they said they would. I had a couple small problems during the install: they cut my phone line, but had century link out within an hour to get it fixed. I ran the system after they left and I noticed one of the heads didn't retract all the way, I called them and they had someone out by 8 am the next morning to fix it. I would I business with them anytime.

They were on time. Gave me replacement options. Had all needed parts on truck and quickly complete repair and fully tested all zones operation. Very prompt, courteous, answers all questions, professionally completes work. They may not be the least expensive sprinkler system company, but prices are fair and work is always excellent. I'd certainly give them best in Omaha ranking after using them for two years.

Jake did an excellent job repairing our sprinkler system. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done. The service was excellent, and the price was good. I would definitely use Quality Irrigation again.

They were on time for all of the appointments. They responded quickly when we had questions. We got the system installed in September 2013 and we haven't had any issues through the cold winter and spring startup.

They installed a system for me last year. We didn't like where the lines came out of ground. They responded quickly and moved them without a hassle or argument. They've been great and honored warranty when we had trouble with one of the sprinkler heads without having to be asked.
