Sprinkler system at rental property had multiple programs. Quality Irrigation removed extra programs and showed renters how to operate system.

They originally came to give me an estimate, but once I found them in line with what the other two companies I contacted (Millard Sprinkler and B&W Custom Lawn Sprinklers) charged, I just has them do the work so that I wouldn't have to schedule another appt. They were very professional and explained what they were doing each step of the way.
The price they charged for the heads was a little steep (compared with what I could have bought them myself for), but they prorated their labor for the acutal time they were there so that even things out.

He came, worked with purpose (even as the dog was hit by a car in front of the house during his time here), fixed our issue (which did not turn out to be broken lines in the sprinkler system as a previous provider had told us), and when my husband went to chase down the injured dog he let us know they'd mail us a bill (never stand dog between a man and his dog).

It was really great. They came out and told me I would need a plumber and they recommended a great plumber. Then I called them back and they came right away. They sent out two guys and they worked for two hours.

The serviceman was on time, very professional, and quickly provided and estimate to prepare the work on the spot. He repaired one sprinkler head and replaced another in less than a half an hour.

They are a great team. They had to go through a wall to get all of the stuff set up and it was great. They did a really nice job. We talked all about what areas of the yard I wanted water and what areas I didn't want water. We talked about the pros and cons of putting plants that are close to the foundation of the house. They were very honest. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and they finished when they said they were going to finish. Everything was put back and it was well done. They come back free of charge and winterize the system for you and check everything, then they will come back again and turn the system back on. They walk you through how often you should water and they show you how to use the computerized system. Another thing that was nice is that they advised me that I was putting too much water on my front yard, so they programmed the system to put less water on the front yard.

They were punctual and polite, listened to our needs and did not try to persuade us to get anything we didn't want. They suggested waiting a while before the extra expense of a rain sensor as the technology isn't altogether reliable yet. We haven't been through a whole season with this system. I expect them to return to shut it down in a few weeks for the winter.

They did show up on time to do this work. I did have to call them to make a few corrections to the system, but they were easy to get a hold of and came out the very next day. I was very pleased with this company. The way they handled themselves was very professional. The sales rep was very nice and explained everything to me including why we needed the drip system in the flower beds and everything. I would use them again.

Quality Irrigation provided a great service as they were courteous, polite and respectful while at our home. They also seemed to be knowledgeable. The new sprinkler system was necessary because where we live because the rainfall is so unpredictable in the summer. We asked around and discovered a small company that truly believes in personal service. They treated us as if they have known us for years. The work was also high quality. We have not had any problems with the system and Quality still calls to check on it.
