I would recommend this provider. Having a crew of three meant the work was done quickly. They were professional from start to finish. The carpets look great.

I placed and paid for this provider to come out asap on June 20, 2014......my dog had been sick and I was in Seattle at the time. My daughter was house and dog sitting for me. I made arrangements for this provider to get in touch with her so that they could come out and do my carpets ASAP......now mind you this was June 20th.......they called and said that they couldn't come out until July 3rd. To me that was not in a timely matter. I called them, left a message that I needed it done sooner than that. They told my daughter that this is what happens when anyone uses the coupon.....they become swamped and lag behind on getting out to handle the response. I think they need to put in their comments that a customer may have to wait a considerable time due to the response of the coupons. I called another carpet cleaner..he was out in two days. Re-scheduled an appointment to make sure he could address my emergency. I would not use nor recommend Professional Carpet Cleaners. They may have a good price but if a person has to wait a long time to get them to come out......it makes you wonder what other areas they lack in. They didn't like the message I left for them and canceled my appointment which was fine.....They should have told me up front that they don't provide quick and timely service with the coupon.....Too many other carpet cleaners out there that do. They were late in arriving from another job, but at least kept us up to date with the status of their arrival time. Did an excellent job on the carpets.

Cleaners were on time, efficient and courteous. They gave me a good estimate on drying time, and gave me some tips about drying the carpets quickly. I don't remember the exact price since this happened a few months ago, so I listed an approximate. Clean carpets have really lasted well, I would definitely re-hire these guys.

We have used them in the past and we continue to call them when we need our carpets cleaned. They pre-treat the carpets and then shampoo. Very nice, polite and efficient

They did a very good job. Carpet looked great when they were done. They also did the steps which were very dirty and it was so nice to see clean steps again.

The service is great and the price is reasonable. There are two crew members that come out to clean the carpets, Kevin and his helper, and it usually takes about an hour and a half. They are very responsive to my calls and scheduling is easy. If they are going to be late, they will call to let me know.

They were prompt, went throughout the house treating any spots found. There was a team of two. One worked upstairs and the other did the lower level. Not only did they do an excellent job but they also paid attention to small details like tucking up bed skirts to keep them from getting wet. I was really surprised at how good a job they were able to do on the stairs. This is the second time we have used this company and would definitely use them again.

They were timely and did a good job. It did not take very long. They pre-treated before doing the actual cleaning. It took about 4 hours to dry with the ceiling fans and AC running. They did not say that it would take longer for the stairs to dry. I don't know if is normal but those took about 14 hours to dry. I don't know if they didn't get all the water sucked up since they felt very wet in places even the next morning, or if that was because there are no ceiling fans in that area to help since it was going down to the basement. I have not noticed anything in the weeks since then to indicate that something went wrong. But it would have been nice to know that it was going to take awhile for this area to dry.

It went well. It was okay, but nothing great or anything. My husband spoke with them so our selecting them had to do their their personality and ethics. This was the first time we used this company and their price was fair.

The service was excellent with the company being very flexible in scheduling. Crew showed up on time and explained all work to be done in detail. Crew made extra effort in accommodating needs.

Kevin and his crew of one came right on time. They asked me of any concerned areas, along with allergies, and asthma. Which I have never been asked before ( as a RN and of a mother of 3 one being a chronic asthmatic I realized the importance of his question. When I told him of this spot on my carpet which other carpet cleaners said I would have to replace the carpet, and have tried over the years to get out, he said that he has gone to school to know how to get "specialized" stains out. I thought to my self go ahead and try....... And what do you know he got it out. I had no idea that my carpet was so filthy. My carpet shines just like when we got it.
