I requested service through the Better Business Bureau and the business owner, Terry, emailed me within one business day. Terry asked for my phone number so we could schedule the appointment over the phone. There were a couple days of phone tag, but speaking with Terry was a very pleasant experience... he's a down-to-earth, very nice guy. He asked me if the furniture had been cleaned before and what color each piece was. Kevin and Scott were the techs. Kevin was just as nice as Terry, as well as outgoing and professional with a positive attitude. Kevin and Scott took their time, which I really liked because that's how I clean my house. I don't like when any contractor rushes through something to get to their next job. When they were putting the equipment back in the truck, I came out to the living room and realized the living room (though only 12 X 15) carpet had been cleaned as well. This was after I wrote the check... in other words, no charge! Kevin explained that he felt they were dragging in as much as they were taking out (it was damp outside with leaves on the ground). I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. Kevin also mentioned the disinfectant they sprayed on the pieces (citrus scent) and told me the furniture would be dry in a couple of hours. Very happy with the cleaning and the entire experience!

Kevin and Rick were on time for the appointment and cleaned all the floors and furniture listed above. They described everything needed to be sure the job was done correctly. This included extra costs due to the sanitizing and deodorizing. They were very accommodating to include the cleaning of the couch and loveseat as I did not include that at the time that I set up the appointment. and the job only took about an hour to complete. The carpets look and smell great.

Everything went well. We followed their instructions of moving items and vacuuming before they arrived to complete the service. Kevin was very friendly and professional. They arrived as scheduled and completed the entire home within an hour. Our carpets have never looked better.

The carpet hasn't been this clean since we moved in 4 years ago. They got out stains that I couldn't get out myself. The carpet looks new again and is very soft to walk on. The only downfall was that it took a lot longer to dry than they said it would. But I could live with that in exchange for how good a job they did....Thank you

Run...do not walk away from this provider. The results were hideous, carpets were not soft and clean, they were hard, dry and crunchy with the traffic areas and small stains unchanged. The cleaner who performed the work became very unpleasant and actually chastised me for trying to spot clean pet stains "then calling him and expecting him to get them clean!". Became even more rude when he said couldn't guaranty they would come clean but if I paid him extra per room that he could get them clean.....really?? I told him I wasn't going to pay "extra", that I was already paying him to CLEAN our carpets, 3 rooms instead of the 5 I paid for. He finished the work, leaving a puddle of water on our wood floor at the bottom of the stairs, left a green stain from his hose imbedded in the carpet at the top of the stairs and for a finishing touch broke 2 of my sidewalk landscaping lights with his hoses.

Very nice job. We had just had our kitchen wood painted and asked the cleaners to be extra careful. They did so, but after the floor dried I noticed that the area near the bottom of the cabinets was not as clean as the rest of the floor. I called them and the next day the cleaners came back and redid those areas by hand. The results were wonderful. The floor hasn't looked that great since it was installed many years ago. I have recommend them to a couple people already and would definitely have them back again.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! Kevin and his assistant let me know when they were coming and arrived on time. Super professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. All 4 rooms look like brand new carpet, I couldn't believe my eyes! It smells wonderful in the house and they even got up stains from a couple of years ago. I was just speechless. They were fast and thorough. I will definitely recommend this company to people and will use them again in a heartbeat. What a great experience!!

Showed up equipment not working.

It went fine. They did a really good job on the stairs. The carpet deodorizer odor was a bit too strong. They were not able to get out all the stains but the carpet is oldish and I have a dog.

was very punctual, cleaned as promiced, was not into signing up for more services than needed, honestly explained what services will be helpful and what are not needed will recomend without a doubt.

Experienced a few issues with my initial carpet cleaning experience, but the owner was quick to reach out to me to rectify the situation. The original service visit was not completed to my satisfaction. Specifically, I had cat urine stains/odors in my carpet in some of the rooms, and was not aware that complete removal of the odor was not guaranteed. I also had some reservations about the specific technician who performed the original work, and the level of effort he put forth (especially the explanation of how the cleaning process works). Terry, the owner, called me and set up a follow up appointment in which he himself came out to my house to inspect the areas in question and clearly explained what their service entailed and the expectations. Afterwards, one of their top technicians went back over the problem areas very thoroughly, and then explained to me everything he had done and how their cleaning products worked. I am ok with some minor discoloration in my carpet from pet urine, it's the odor that concerned me the most. The areas in question appear much better now. The owner also agreed to refund some of the additional money I spent (on top of my original Groupon), that caught me off guard on the initial visit. This was mainly due to confusion on the additional services being performed with regards to the pet stains/odor. I am very happy with the end result, and would use this company again for any future carpet cleaning needs. Thanks again Terry (and Kevin) for reaching out and turning what was originally a disappointing experience into a much more satisfied one.

The employee showed up on time, pre-sprayed the rooms then started cleaning the carpets. The employee was professional and efficient. I would hire them again.

It was not a good deal. They did not even make an attempt to move big furniture. They charged me extra for staircase. I have a really big hall. So they charged me extra for that. They never said the room should be X size. They just said five rooms. But they came in and then started charging me for everything. They didn't even do a good job. There was hair pushed to the corners because of steam cleaning. There was hair stuck to my baseboards. I would definitely not go with these cleaners again for sure. I was unhappy with the service. The additional charge was something between $70 and $85. I took a while to call them. But they did come maybe within a week after I called them. We have a three bedroom house with a hall and staircase. In between these bedrooms there's a small hallway. I had to pay extra for that hallway. The hall itself was big. So I had to pay extra for that. They did attract me initially with the price of $139. But they ended up charging me more. So I wasn't happy with the price at all.

There were 2 of them. One worked upstairs and one worked on the main floor and stairs. They did a great job and they were done quickly.

I called this company because my newly married kids had recently bought a house and put in new carpet. They had a main sewer line break and sewer water backed up into their basement all over their new carpet. The kids had a major plumbing bill and I wanted to see if the new carpet could be saved. The owner, Terry was amazing. He agreed to come look at the carpet and if he didn't think he could save it he would tell me so I could just give the kids that money towards new carpet instead. He came in and pulled up the carpet to look at the underside and after his evaluation determined he could save it. He did a fantastic job and the carpet looks and feels brand new again. He was so kind to both my kids and me - genuinely trying to help during a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know. If you want a trustworthy company with an owner who has not only great skill but great integrity - this is the one!

It went wonderfully! They cleaned the one office, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and hallway. It took an hour to do, maybe more. I did all the prep work - like vacumming. There were 2 guys and they moved the couch & anything big.

Were on time. Very professional. Very intelligent on the stains that they were working on. Wonderful, looks like a new carpet!

The guys arrived at the appointed hour, quickly got to work. Explained what they were doing and what stains might not come clean (the house had sat empty for a year with the carpet in extreme poor condition). We were pleasantly surprised at how well the carpets cleaned up, saving us the need to replace them immediately (they will have to be replaced at some point in the next year). Before the work was done, we had to reschedule a couple times. They were very responsive to our time schedule which was appreciated.

The provider was early and got right to work. He moved a few pieces of heavy furniture. He got the carpets very clean in a timely manner and maintained a friendly demeanor. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

They arrived on time, surveyed the areas I wanted clean and told me the areas that did not need cleaning. They moved the furniture when needed and used tools to under furnoture that did not need to be moved. They were professional, thorough and yes, I will recommend them to everyone I know.
