They installed 2 new lights over the bed in the master bedroom and also 1 new light along the hallway wall upstairs along the access walk to that bedroom. Great job, ion and out, no problems. I also recieved a 15% discount because of the Protection Plan previously purchased.

For the past three days there have been shortages in our home. I initially called OPPD and they suggested to call an electrician. They first mentioned to turn off everything and see if anything reboots but my husband and I did that two days ago and it worked at first but soon failed later on in the day. It was short noticed but I called the Power Crew the day of the service around 1pm and they were out here by 3pm. Take note this may not happen with everyone but I was impressed and their responsiveness to my call and how they were able to come on the same day. Very friendly service and answered every question possible. If you're confused don't be afraid to ask they are more than willing to answer your questions! Can't for get the coupon that they offer as well! I would love to save $60 on anything if I could. I was able to print it right from my computer and hand it over. Again exceptional service.

It went great! We have had Jason do quite a lot of work in our basement and he has been very forthcoming and honest with quotes for other electrical work that we would like to get done in the rest of the house.

They're extremely proactive and nice to work with. There was a glitch at the beginning with getting the bid so they called me to follow-up wondering why they haven't heard from me and I said I never received your bid and we cleared that up. They were super easy to work with and coordinate with. They were the ones who went to get the permit and ran into an issue with my city and called me immediately so that I could care of it on the spot. They're going to start the job on Monday.

Overall it was not a good expereince.

This work was follow up done after a bathroom was remodeled. The professionalism, on time service, and quality continue to be performed at a consistently high level. Scheduling can sometimes take two or more iterations, but I cannot fault them for being busy and popular.

The experience was great.The work took two to three days, and all of the electricians (three to four) were courteous and professional. hey got the power back on and running and insisted on cleaning up after themselves.

Excellently. We got lucky because they had just had a cancellation when I'd called, so they were able to come out in about 45 min. Jason explained each of my options and assisted in choosing the correct path to determine the problem without pushing me toward the most expensive option. The work was completed in good time, and Jason even took the time to check out a couple of other semi-relaed things in the house to be sure all was in order and safe. I would definitely recommend them to friends/family.

I previously tried to hire Power Crew in November, but they were so backed up they did not get back to me until January. I appreciated them giving me a call as I had not yet reached out to a new vendor. I called Power Crew because of the coupon, which I had also mentioned on the phone. Unfortunately, upon arriving my husband forgot to hand them the coupon, which meant we did not get the discount. Considering Power Crew received my request through Angie's List they knew I had it, so I was not real pleased with not being able to receive the discount. They fixed the outlet that had broken and provided us with the estimate for adding additional outlets in the area. It was a little too pricey for us to move forward with that day, but hope to do it in the future if we move forward with our basement remodel.

Jason returned to my house to give an estimate of a bathroom remodeling project and some miscellaneous work. He was as curtious as always, and met my wife for the first time. She also thought he was polite and we both refer to him by name now when discussing the bathroom remodel (as opposed to "the electrician). He got back to me with estimates and was very quick in adding and subtracting work on the estimate as my needs changes until we agreed on a final contract. We are now in the process of scheduling the miscellaneous work until I have my bathroom demo finished. Great service - fair pricing.

Very professional! I wanted some old knob and tube wiring replaced in my 97 year old house, and I needed an estimate. The person who answered the phone was very professional and well spoke as was the service tech who came out. He seemed very passionate and explained why and how things were priced as well as why and how the changes he recommended were being recommended. This was only a preliminary quote but I will use their services for sure! A

Great! I felt at peace, finally because I was worried that I had some poor wiring and dangerous conditions. Jason found and fixed multiple problems. He even determined that my electric smoke alarms were twelve years expired from safe use!

They did an inspection as a free service for some other work I was having done.

I called Power Crew and made an appointment for the following day. The next day Jason called before arriving exactly when I was told he wold call. He showed up on time. He then began troubleshooting the problem. In our case it took him about 3 - 4 hours to find the cause of the outage which was an improper ground that was shorting out the circuit. While troubleshooting he also inspected and annotated any issues he found with the electrical wiring of the house that could likely cause problems down the line or be a safety issue. Jason was very polite and courteous. He even put covers over his shoes so that he wouldn't track dirt into the house. His craftsmanship was also excellent for the job I required. At first I thought the price of the job was high, but he does not charge hourly and instead by a flat rate for the actual job he's specifically doing. At first I thought it was a bit high, but looking at how long it actually took him to diagnose and fix the problem and the fact that he inspected other areas and made notes on those findings, the price seems good. Overall, the experience was a good one and I will definitely use him again if I have any electrical work that needs to be done. I highly recommend him.

Trip charge of $50 threw me at first since I just asked for an estimate. They explained why they did that and I accepted. They completed most of the work in 1 day. Came back in two days and finished. Every thing went great - would use them again

We had just turned a section of our three car garage into a bedroom for our son who was anxious to get a room in the basement of the house. The Power Crew was able to give us a very reasonable bid and get the job done very efficiently. I felt very comfortable with them in my home, and the end project turned out great! Our son was very happy to have his own room in the basement.

Please see above as I answered this already. But, once again, it went very well & I would highly recommend the Power Crew to all my family & friends.

Power Crew came in made recommendations based on their experience that not only greatly improved the quality of light but the quality of the overall experience and comfort of our basement.
