Description of Work: We had 42 windows replaced. The experience has been great. I had several quotes from different companies. Pella seemed the most knowledgeable, had a competitive quote, and could do the job much quicker. The quality seems very high. Ask for Debbie. She is awesome.

Description of Work: Pella come and replaced 10 windows. After our experience with Champion windows we were more than a bit cautious BUT we were very pleased with the whole undertaking from the sales to the service.

Description of Work: Pella replaced all windows in my home and the sliding glass door and front door and storm door. They created a small enclosed porch at my front entry that I love. They were very punctual and concerned about maintaining my home while doing the remodeling. I highly recommend them and would install Pella products over all others.

Description of Work: Pella replaced 21 windows, one picture window and four basement windows. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were very concerned about not tracking dirt into our house.

Description of Work: Pella removed an old door and replaced it with new French Doors. The doors are fantastic and the workmanship was A+. |Pella has replaced all the windows in my home. I am very satisfied with them and with the Pella company.

Description of Work: Installed 9 windows on the front of the house varied sizes wood inside to match house built in 1961, also painted the windows to match paint in the house, had screen option, grills. Installed new inside trim to match |the old trim in the house. |Put aluminum trim on the fascia and soffit on the dromer, covered all the fascia |in the front of the house with aluminum. |They were the highest price but more than the value and service for the price. |When I do the rest of the house they will do it. Menard's Lincoln Window (Builders Supply) and Anderson |also bid but did not like the quality of the product. |people |The neighbors across the street are using Pella in their current addition and |used them when they added a bedroom above the garage.

Description of Work: Pella Windows and Doors gave us a bid for their window service. They will have to replace some windows in the patio.

Description of Work: Good product. Good crew to work with. Hardest is to get to a price that works. If we have to do Pella again we will as that is what we have in our house. Good product. But expensive product.
