things went pretty well. the woodwork work they did was great as far as fit and stain match. they did however not put in some sill filler pieces inside. i asked the installer about it because it looked funny and unfinished, and he said that's the way it was supposed to look. i called our salesperson back out to show him and he said there should have been the sill filler pieces in there. the installer either didn't know or lied. the caulk work they did on the outside wasn't great. but the outside guy was meticulous in his cleanup, picking up tiny bits of stuff on the ground below the window which was on the 2nd story. pella set a date to come back out and put in the missing sill filler pieces. also when i had the salesperson back out i told him i wasn't wild about the look of the window (style) and he said he hadn't seen my particular configuration before and i felt he should have known what the window was going to look like installed before i bought it. time will tell whether the window will live up to it's claims and whether pella will stand behind it. i may try marvin windows next to compare even though i think Marvin is more expensive. the marvins are rated higher by consumer reports.

I had old, leaky, 80-year-old windows. I went to the Pella store in Omaha, where they told me about the options. I decided on architect series (wooden double hung, with clad exterior). The installation was not easy--they did it in January, the weather was terrible, and most of the windows were on the second floor. These were fairly expensive windows, but a tax rebate and "off season" installation pricing helped a lot. Every person I have ever dealt with from Pella has been helpful, courteous, friendly, and HONEST. The installation crew was great, and I am completely satisfied with the product and installation.

The experience went great and if needed I would use them again.

The team that did the work was terrific. They cleaned everything up every evening. The installers were fast, efficient and very pleasant. From the sales rep to the supervisor that checked the work, everyone was professional and very concerned that we be satisfied. I'd recommend Pella to anyone needing new windows. We had considered other window companies. I am pleased that we had Pella do the work. There was one delay when two odd sized windows were late but it was not a that much of an inconvenience. Pella was very responsive to our questions and made sure the problem was solved promptly.

Will use them again for our next door/window project

They came out to replace just the frames. They had to do extra caulking work because the home builder may have been in a hurry and barely put caulk in the windows. Our windows suffered water damage. They were very polite and great with explaining things.

Pella did a good job installing thermal windows to our home. The servicemen worked very efficiently together and were careful of our yard and interior of our house. There hasn't been any problems with their work, and we are very pleased with the new windows.

They came referred to me by my friends and I thought that they did a great job. They were friendly people to deal with and it didn t take them long to do the work. The windows also came with a window treatment in them. I love the windows that I got and they are very easy to clean.

The windows were very good and expensive. They did have a problem with the mini blinds working properly, but they came right out and replaced them. They seem to care about their customer, and did a good job. They cleaned up very well, and we would recommend them to others.

I m very happy with the picture window and the installers did an excellent job. They were fast, professional, and showed up on time. Pella is a wonderful window company, and I would highly recommend them. Everything was nice and clean when they left.

I had a very good experience with Pella Window. They did a great job. The windows look excellent. Everything they did was wonderful. They were very clean and tried very hard not to make a big mess in our home. I was surprised when they installed aluminum trim work and you can't see any of the tacks they used. The only thing that could have been better was their prices, I think they are a little higher priced than other companies.
