The tech(s) arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up afterward. They took to time to ask if we had any questions and wanted, it would seem, to ensure all is well. Good service indeed.

Salesman was knowledgable and helpful. Installer arrived on time to the minute. Worked straight thru not stopping for a second. Cleaned up and hauled away everything. Windows look great. First rate job. ODW I highly recommend.

Didn't have services performed, but met w/a sales individual at ODW and I told him I was interested in having our deck re-done & would like to set up for an est. for the deck alone now and the the siding, windows done at a later time. He said they do decks, but implied that it's not really their focus and that if I want a deck done cheaper he could give me the name of someone. Was put-off by this sales person's attempt to dissuade me from having a deck built through them and have since begun looking for other deck builders in the area. Don't know if we'll use ODW for the siding either....left a bad taste in my mouth.

They fixed the garage door and lubricated everything. They got the doors back to working the way they were supposed to. The cost was a little pricey.

They were very efficient and professional. They took out the old windows and put in new ones. They also replaced the trim outside as they put in windows with different size. Their workmanship was very nice and they also cleaned up after themselves.

I had a great experience working with them. The estimate was fine, however the service that they were offering was not quite what I was looking for, they were in fact offering more than what I was looking for. They were able to come out on the day that I requested.

It went very well. The technician was very professional and made sure everything was working right before he left.

I was overall very satisfied with Omaha Door and Window. The salesman and installers along with those I dealt with on the phone were all quite friendly. My only problem was that the assured me they could expedite the process while making me sign the bid that said 8 to 10 weeks. They took every single moment of that estimate. I think I placed my initial order on June 22, and 9 weeks later was the install. I was hoping to list my home with the new window in place but had to list it sooner than they were able to complete the job. Once finished, however, it did look beautiful. Just don't be in a hurry....

We solicited bids from everyone with windows at the home show. ODW wasn't the lowest bid but they had what we believed to be the best bang for the buck. They are in our neighborhood, so we went with them. As for the windows, we love them, absolutely no complaints and our gas bill actually went down, last winter when gas prices went through the roof our bill actually went down.

I set up an appointment for a service rep. to come to my house and give me an estimate. The company arranged the inspection for the next day and gave me a timeframe as to when the rep. would be at my house. I received a phone call from the rep. prior to his arrival. The appointment time and the arrival of the rep. were perfect. Quick estimate and price was presented to me. I agreed to the installation of the opener and was told that it could be installed the next day. Installer was professional and completed the job quickly even with the weather being very cold.

The representative was punctual, polite, friendly, courteous, professional, efficient and effective.

I called the company on a Tuesday and told them the spring was broken and the garage door couldn't be opened (without heavy lifting by two people). The representative on the phone suggested that I may want to have both springs replaced because, if one spring was broken, the other spring was probably close to breaking. He said it was up to me and to let the service specialist know at the appointment - no pressure, which was good. When scheduling the appointment, I needed an afternoon time slot and they were able to schedule service for Thursday afternoon, only two days later. The serviceman was kind enough to call 30 minutes ahead so I could leave work and meet him, which was very convenient. He was a nice, older gentleman who replaced both springs in less than an hour. The cost of the replacement was exactly what I'd been told over the phone, the customer service was great, and the garage door works - I'm happy!

This took a little extra work because of the size of the door and they really knew what they were doing. They did an excellent job and we would recommend them to anyone. They have worked for us on previous jobs as well and always do a fantastic job.

Came out very quickly and did great work. Even did some preventive maintenance.

Our door wasn't closing properly so we called them. They came within a day and completed the work within thirty minutes. This was the first time we used them and we were impressed. The door's been working fine since.

Omaha Window & Door did very accurate and thorough job. My husband and I both felt that the worker was very courteous, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The work he did took him approximately two or three hours by the time it was all said and done. Our bill was not unreasonable, either.

I was pleased with the ending results and there has not been any problem with our garage door since the work was done. They are a reputable company from my experience with them. In the future, I will call them because they did such a good job handling my business.

This service was very good, and they came out after my frantic service call to replace my door. They were very quick and experienced in this line of work. The price was way cheaper than we expected which made the company that much better.

The door was brand new and the crew who installed it didn t take long at all. It worked perfectly when they were done. They didn t leave extra screws or grease around and we got a door that was compatible with our existing opener. We would recommend them to others because we were happy with our new door.

The guy who actually did the installation did an excellent job. The sales representative on the other hand, misunderstood on which door we wanted. He gave us one price for the incorrect door, and then said it would be more for the correct door we wanted in the first place. We called around to other places and the price was about the same. I might choose to use another company next time because I was not particularly loyal to Omaha Door.

We were pleased with how quickly they showed up to do the installation. They called us before they came to make sure we were here. They worked professionally and carried themselves very well and that is what made me feel safe and comfortable around them. We were pleased with the ending results and the price was okay too.

Omaha Door & Window Company did a great job and the siding went on faster than we thought. They were very polite and stuck with the quote they gave us. It took a few days to do the siding and the garage door, but I thought they offered the best price.
