Description of Work: They installed all new windows and a patio door. I am very pleased. I saw a decline into utility bills. The sales person was very good and the men doing the install were excellent. The price was not much more than the other bids I received. You get what you pay for !

Description of Work: Installed new garage door opener. They did a very neat job. A snapping sound developed after instillation. They responded the day of my call and identified the noise as one of the door rollers. I am very pleased with the instillation and opener.

Amazing experience.
Description of Work: Our garage door came off it's tracks, popped off wheels and was pretty much in shambles. I called the company who installed it - Overhead Door. They said they could come out in 5 days to take a look. That wasn't good to work - my garage was wide open in the middle of the winter. My other option was to spend $250 with them for an emergency call (all the sudden they have someone available). I called Omaha Door and Window because we have a family friend who has worked their for many years. I didn't ask for him, nor mention anything about knowing someone who worked there. Their response to my issue - no problem, we'll be out in a couple hours. Well, they were out in less than 30 minutes, the door was fixed a half an hour later, and I only spent $75. No attempts to sell me stuff, they could have very easily told me I needed a new door, and from the shape it was in, I would have believed them. My parents have purchased windows from them and love the product and service they received. You've earned a loyal future customer.
