They call and said they could come earlier than first set up. The service man was very professional, diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck and fixed the problem in no time. It was a pleasant experience.

David was great! He showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me a quote, so I could make the choice to repair or replace it. He recommended the maintenance kit to replace the pulley, belt and wheels. He cleaned out the years of accumulated lint inside the unit and it runs like new! I am so happy with the service and communication!

They had to return several times due to parts, but did so quickly and efficiently. The technician was very informative and explained what he had done.

This ice maker has been serviced several times by Nebraska Home Appliance to no fault of their own. They have tried all they could and eventually the technician called the manufacturer directly to get some answers about the faulty ice maker. Although we have not been pleased with the refrigerator, we certainly believe NHA has done all that they can to complete the necessary repairs. Vince is like family now! ;)

I have no issue with the service man. He showed up on time and performed the service within twenty minutes. Very easy fix. The charge was $280.00 for a replacement piece that I later found out was in the $40 price range. WAY OVER PRICED.Should not have agreed to have the work done, but I needed the stove to work as soon as I could. Will never call them again.

Went well. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. Went and retrieved part from shop and came back, installed it, made sure it was working before he left all within an hour. Very pleased with the service.

Nebraska Home Appliance did the best job, the tech (David) knew what was wrong within a few minutes, he didn't make a mess, he explained everything and did something so it will never happen again I will tell everyone to only call Nebraska Home Appliance. Very nice and honest.

Had Jake show at the appointed time. He was very knowlegeable about the problem I had. I had a problem with my upright freezer. He did a bunch of checks on it and come to find out it was not the freezer at all. We had lost power thru a GFI outlet in another room. Thank you Jake for your great service. I will be calling them again for any other problems i have.

Outstanding job! Work was completed quickly and professionally. The service tech was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I called for an appointment and was given one within a day of the call. Emails were sent out with the name of the tech and we were kept updated with when he would arrive. He had finished the jobs for that day quickly so arrived a few minutes early of the scheduled time period. Jake is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and great at explaining what was wrong. He fixed it in a very timely manner and answered all of our questions. This is our second experience with Jake and Nebraska Home Appliance and were extremely pleased. We highly recommend this company to others.

Darrin knew from my description the issue. He also explained how the ice maker works. I elected to by-pass the filtration system saving hundreds of dollars. The ice maker and water dispenser still work as before.

They were respectful of my home, and time.

Jake have me the estimate. No pressure to complete the repair. I thought I might buy new but was clearly out of touch with the current prices for new appliances. I called back and said do the work. He did. Dryer works now And i anticipate will continue to work for many years.

Replaced part the same day, made recommendations to have venting replaced. Very satisfied with the service done on the dryer; I just wish I did not have to wait 4 days for the tech to come out. Jake was friendly and professional.

Mike came again, for my dryer this time (fixed oven last time). He's very professional and nice. Explained 2 things it could be, and gave me quotes before he began work. He did a great job and dryer is good now. Have not dried a full load yet though, but I have confidence it'll be good. I've have good experiences so far with Ne Home Appliance.

Repairman replaced bake ignitor. He was fast, friendly, professional, informative and respectful of our property and our needs. Highly recommend !

less than an hour and they explained everything. I'm an engineer so I understood exactly what they were telling me.

First off, I was amazingly pleased I could call on a Monday morning and get such a quick service call with Rico! The tech-Jake-arrived on time, was polite and friendly, explained what was going on, waited while I had to confer on price via a phone call & promptly fixed the problem. He advised me of what to expect in the next 24 hours and to call back if that didn’t happen. I’ve used this company before and will definitely use them again!

After taking stove partially apart, it just started working. I received a circuit panel estimate in case it stops working again.
