Two service calls within warranty time of first service- charged for both calls. $220.00 to align burner caps- !! Continued to insist 2nd call was due to clear orifice as well as align burner caps. Gave me discount $123.05. - REALLY? ABSOLUTELY should have never been charged for 2nd call. Be sure to have tech give you a Job Status card of work done. I was not given one on first service call. Also, warranty information is listed- 90 days- another bit of information not communicated. Job#464927 SG Date of work 12/20/22 I will NOT be using Nebraska Home Appliances Repair- I was totally taken advantage of.

Jacob and Vince did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely use this company again and would request Vince for the job. (Jacob was not from Omaha) The only reason I give fair for responsiveness was because we could not reach them by phone and had to personally go in to set up an appointment.

Diagnosed a broken drain pump and replaced it all on same day of initial call. Washer / dryer were stacked and in a difficult location, but they managed and were very professional.

Excellent customer service. I was very happy with Ali’s professionalism and friendliness. Glad to have my dishwasher repaired and I really appreciate the extra things he did to prevent another water leak.

I have used this company in the past but never again! Thetech came out and diagnosed the problem. The $95 service call I was told would be deducted from the repair ended up being $101. The tech Then told me that the total repair would cost $295. On top of that the estimate I was told would be emailed to me never arrived. After waiting 5 days with no update I called to find the parts were never ordered. Again I asked for an estimate and was told they would email it to me but I have yet to see it. After all of that once the tech did arrive the total cost for the repair was not $295 but $365. I posted a review with these details on their website and was told by the "owner" that if I called the service line and asked for a supervisor they would try to resolve my issues. I did so 4 days ago and have yet to hear back. NOT EVEN IF THEY WERE THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!!

Tech Kevin was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable in what he was doing and answered all our questions fully. All around the service was great!

GREAT! I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER SERVICE THAT IT NEEDED A NEW PUMP. APPliANCE ONLY 15 MONTHS OLD, 350.00. SAMSUNG HOOKED ME UP WITH NE APPLIANCE. FOUND PIECE OF GLASS IN HOSE. NO CHARGE!! HONESTY AND INTEGRITY!

Our fix went GREAT! We were able to be seen the same day I called due to another person's cancellation, so I feel very grateful. Our technician was right on time, wore a mask, covered his shoes, and was in and out job completed within about 45 minutes. Our dryer is working like a champion again, couldn't be happier! We already scheduled another appointment for my mother in law's house. Thanks!

The technician, Vince, was excellent and checked for problems in both the appliances and gave me the specifics of what he found. He was very patient with me and explained everything, giving me estimates for repairs & pointing out the cost for repairing the washer would be about as much as what I would pay if I were to buy one new. I opted to not fix the washer and he repaired the dryer. Very pleased with how everything went.

Service was very professional and the technician was knowledgeable about my issue. He solved the problem in a matter of minutes and was very respectful of me and my home. I would recommend NE Home Appliance to others - prompt and reasonable cost.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from this company after subpar service from Samsung. Our repair tech Ali completed our repair quickly and was very friendly. Also provided suggestions and support for our other appliance which he didn't have to do. His demeanor and support will bring me back to NHA for future repairs, thanks Ali!

NHA was extremely easy to work with and very competent. Jake showed up on time, about 10 minutes after I received an automated call that he completed his last job and was on his way. He wore a mask and socially distanced the whole time. Jake was professional, courteous, and thorough. He explained what happened, noted some other minor fixes, physically showing me on the dryer why they needed to be fixed. He even went in our backyard, despite the dog poop, and checked and cleaned the vent outside. He was done within 45 minutes and the price was exceptionally reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and we will use them again for any of our appliance needs.

NHA did a great job! Mark was our service technician. He arrived a little early, but was willing to wait outside for a few minutes. He followed all the COVID procedures mentioned on the website. He was very patient, respectful, and responsive. He explained the problem and answered the questions we we had. He was also very quick- took him about an hour to diagnose the problem and fix it. Our dryer actually heats now and sounds a lot quieter. Super thankful for NHA!

LG refrigerator was no longer cooling. I went through LG customer service who opened a ticket with Nebraska Home Appliance. They were very courteous and professional from appointment scheduling, notification prior to the repair as well as the repair work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for other appliance repairs.

I had them come out and check on my gas range today, and they did a fantastic job in checking everything out and giving me peace of mind. The technician was very communicative and professional. I will gladly continue to use Nebraska Home Appliance for my future needs.

Great, Vince Dussetschleger was very professional and very competent. He fixed our ignitor quickly and was very careful not to scratch our hardwood floors. I would definitely hire him again.

Service tech (Darrin) arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the repair process and even gave suggestions for preventing future problems. Very courteous & efficient....will definitely use them again if needing service!
