Description of Work: Replace soap dispenser and door shield on dishwasher and no leaking since the repair. Replaced bearings in dryer-much quieter now. Would like to have more detail on the billing statements. Did a great job and will use again.

Description of Work: Couldn't get washing machine to fill with water. I tried to fill several times before calling but it wouldn't fill. Provider changed settings of machine and it filled on each one. The only thing could think of that there was a possible power surge and the machine just needed to be re-set. Provider was very professional and said if I had any further problems that I had thirty days to call and there would be no service charge for the call. Glad it now works!

Description of Work: They say they have largest parts inventory, but still tried to make use wait more than a week for repair. Ice and water dispenser was broken on our Samsung refrigerator. A very, very common problem for Samsung. Called them and told them the issue, even gave them the part number. The tech, who was extremely professional and courteous, came to our house. Tried to dispense water. Then told me the dispenser was broken. Needed to order the part. Be back in a week to 10 days. Did not wrench on the refrigerator, take anything apart, or use any tool other than his tablet. $96.00 for service call. Parts and labor estimate for actual repair, $350. |We ordered part online for $68. Received in 2 days. Installed in 30 minutes. If he would have brought the part, we would have gladly paid the $350.
