Service tech (Darrin) arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the repair process and even gave suggestions for preventing future problems. Very courteous & efficient....will definitely use them again if needing service!

The receptionist answering the phone (2/17/21) was warm and friendly. The certified appliance technician, Kyle, was professional, fast, courteous, and efficient (and wore a mask, as well as shoe covers, so no Covid concerns or dirty carpet tracks). Thank you!

Great! Travis was here on time and was very polite. Did not make any mess to speak of even though it was quite ugly outside He identified the problem quickly and was able to replace the broken part right then. He took the time to show me the art and explain how it worked and pointed out the problem. Would hire again.

I was happy with the service, I do believe that the price was a tad bit high for the parts as I could have purchased same online for far less.

The Service Tech was great. Told my wife what the problem was, what it would cost to do the repairs, and was very professional doing the repair and explaining what he did and why. The cost was well within the range we were "hoping for". We will be calling NHA the next time we need repair work.

The appointment was set by a kind and capable person. I got a confirmation via email and they send me a link that allowed me to track the technician’s progress on the day of the appointment. It was easy to do and accurate. I also got a text that he was on his way. Darrin was professional and clearly knows what is doing. He knew exactly what to look for after checking out my washer for only a few seconds. He did a complete diagnostic on the machine and gave me his assessment and options. I will be using this company for all my appliance repairs because, although the outcome for my 10 year old washer wasn’t favorable, the company and technician were top notch. A+. Definitely would recommend.

Appointment was scheduled within 36 hours of call. I received a confirmation email the night before service & had the ability to track where the service technician was on his route that day (if I wanted to.) Received a call approximately 30 minutes before service technicians arrived. Both technicians were professional & polite. They wore face guards & "slippers" over their shoes to protect my floors.
