The tech, Darin, was efficient, timely, and knowledgeable. He had the repair part with him and was able to complete the work within one visit.

Vince and Josh are the perfect super hero team! They were fantastic with a great attitude! I called Nebraska home applaiance for one problem but before they showed up I had another appliance making noise! While they were working on the washer they also checked my freezer and fixed that too! It was pleasant having them in my house. They have a great sense of humor and I did find out Josh can fit in my freezer! we had a good laugh about that! Thanks again!

Having a washing machine go bad is not fun. My wife called our home warranty company around 815am. Nebraska Home Appliances called me around 915am and said they could take a look in between 11-2, the same day. What a relief! The tech, Darren was great! Showed me exactly what he was doing and why. Our dryer was not working properly and they came over and diagnosed the problem and gave mulitple solutions about how to fix it in the most cost effective way. Honest and quick service!

Vince and Darren were very courteous to me and my wife. They offered to take the food out of the freezer and they offered to put it back when they were finished. They took the time took explain everything. We wish that more repair technicians were as professional as these guys.

Technician diagnosed the problem quickly as either a clogged drain pump or broken drain pump. The pump wound up being broken and needed to be replaced. All work was completed the same day within an hour and a half, including a trip to the shop to get the correct replacement part. I had the Angie's List coupon for $15, but he technician gave me a better deal with a 10% off promotion.

Better than expected, would use again if needed.

Not happy that a 15 month old dryer needed a part that is roughly half the price of the dryer But the service was good

It went very well. Vince was very friendly and professional. I don't remember the name of the trainee that was with Vince, but he is a quality guy, too. NE Home Appliance obviously hires the best technicians. Upon arriving, both guys put protective coverings over their shoes. Very conscientious! They went right to work and seemed to have all resources available to them to check everything out. Within 45 minutes, Vince had the problem component identified. I will definitely recommend NE Home Appliance to any who need their services, and I will definitely keep the magnet/phone number on my fridge for future need. Thanks

They guys got here within about an hour or two from my call. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They looked up the problem before coming to see if there were any manufacturer bulletins out regarding this problem. They found information on my problem and made sure they had parts for the refrigerator before stepping in the door! That's a professional way to do things!

Jordan from Nebraska Home Appliance was great! I got a call when he was on his way and he was extremely professional. He explained that the water inlet valve was leaking and replaced it right away. I also saved $15 with a coupon provided on Angie's List.

It was great. Dennis got here and went right to work. There was water leaking from somewhere in the freezer section then freezing at the bottom of the freezer, once that filled it spilled out on to the floor.

Everything went great; I would definitely call this companyagain. I called them yesterday, and they came today. The issue I was having was one that I could've waited to fix, but I was very happy that they were willing to come out the following day. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends!

Sean came out on a Monday looked at the dishwasher and determined it needed a heating element sensor and a control valve. The parts had to be ordered and told me they would be back on Thursday to put in the new parts. Jordan came out Thursday afternoon and the dishwasher is working good.

Vince Dussetschleger arrived on time, was very courteous, and even covered his shoes when entering my home. He kept me informed as he worked and showed me the parts that needed replaced. I would definitely call him again to repair or replace any appliances!
