Shannon arrived within 5 minutes, of the (automated) telephone call, alerting me he was on his way. He was very curtious, professional, as well as, friendly. Prior to working on the machine, he asked me questions about what was going on. He listened to me and then began to diagnosis and eventually fixed the leak. The price was well worth the work Shannon did. I would call Nebraska Home Appliance again, without hesitation, the next time we need a service call on one of our major appliances!

Derek was timely and extremely professional! I had a sleeping little one and he was understanding and courteous in an effort to accommodate our household. He is very knowledgable and took the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it. I was very impressed!

Luckily Darin just had to take it apart and hit the motor with his screwdriver, but then he looked everything over and adjusted the spray arm on the top tray. Super nice, friendly and interested in my dishwaher.

Technician was very nice. He diagnosed the problem quickly. The microwave needed 3 small interlock switches replaced. He told me the job would cost $189 - thankfully I had the $15 off coupon from Angie's List. I had already been without a working microwave for a couple days, so I needed it fixed immediately. The cost seemed high for what he was replacing, but I approved the work to be done anyway. I just called Nebraska Home Appliance to ask for an itemized receipt, but the receptionist told me she wouldn't provide me with one. So instead I asked her for a separation of the bill listing parts and labor. She told me that they charge based on blue-book cost of repairs. She would not tell me how much the 3 interlock switches cost. I looked up this part on ebay and found some switches for $10 each. The repairman was here for less than 1 hour. I am willing to pay a fair service call charge, hourly rate, and parts costs, but they would not provide me with this information. This is a bad business practice, and I would not use them again.

Derek knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He was very friendly, honest and professional. The dryer sounds brand new.

Technician very good. Phone customer service very good. Seemed a bit expensive overall, although I am a bit price conscious and not sure if prices were high or standard. Overall through service was very good.

The technician was great! He came when he said he would, walked me thru what the issue was and he was able to catch an issue with a coil that if not caught, could've started a fire. I was extremely thankful for how thourough he was and caught that! Super friendly and scheduling was a breeze.

Went very well. Darrin explained and showed me exactly what was being tested and performed. Parts were ordered and submitted through warranty claim. I would definitely use Nebraska Home Appliance again. It also is great that Darrin will be coming back to install new parts himself rather than trying to explain everything to another technician. This was just on the service call. I'm sure the same quality of service will be just the same on the installation of new parts.

Vince and Derek were awesome! They got everything fixed and even cleaned behind the refrigerator for me while they had it pulled out. They were very professional and explained everything they were going to do.

They are were very professional and punctual. The heat coil failed and I was able to repair my oven for $200 versus completely replacing my oven for $2500. They guarantee labor and parts for 90 days. I have since recommended them to friends and will definitely call them again if I experience any problems.

Technician even took care of something I did not know was a problem! Very polite technician, came in a timely manner and explained everything they were doing.

It's hard to imagine a better repair experience. On time with a call letting me know when the technician was on their way. Technician was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He repaired a faulty electrical cord.

Darrin arrived during the scheduled time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He didn't have the part needed to fix my fridge that day, but promised to pick it up and come back the following morning. The following day Darrin called to say he could arrive earlier than expected which I appreciated! He fixed the refrigerator, and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I will certainly call Nebraska Home Appliance if i need assistance in the future, and would recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repair.
