Darrin was extremely professional. He made sure he got the job done in one visit even though he had to hunt down parts. Would definitely call on this company again!

Darrin was very polite, professional and helpful. The problem was with the install from Nebraska Furniture Mart. He advised me to call them for a new hose. He left the area clean and in order just as it was when he arrived. He also covered his shoes before entering the house. I would definitely call Nebraska Home Appliance in the future if needed.

Vince and Kyle were very pleasant and professional. System requires system rebuild. Not economical to repair unit.

Darren fixed it within minutes and told us what to do next time to prevent the problem. He was very helpful!

Overall awesome experience a very honest and trustworthy company. The day I called they were able to get a technician out within a few hours. The technician Darrin arrived when expected, explained what he was going to do and got the job done. I will use Nebraska Home Appliance for all my future appliance repairs.

The techs arrived on time and were very professional. They fixed our fridge and helped us avoid the cost of a new one. They also explained everything to us. The repair was done over 10 days ago and the refrigerator is working great!

Things went very well. Each time the technician was on time and very professional. Based on the information I provided prior to the appointment, they came prepared with needed parts and repairs were quick.

Replaced part . Didn’t have but was able to leave and go get for same day service. Price seemed high.

I was mislled about what was wrong with it to sink money into fixing it. It was incompletely tested because they couldnt be bothered to open up the back to check the diode Told me it just needed some fuses so after paying $244 it still didnt work and needed a diode and magnetron. I ended up buying a new one after sinking $244 in it. I called them because of recommendations on this site. I was told they would refund me all but $69 dollars with a check in the mail. I said why not credit my card (which is how i paid) , They said - Ill call u back which they never did. BY THE WAY it wasnt a cheap microwave it was a convection bake type. I was also offered to pay $50 more to get new magnetron and diode after I went and bought a new microwave. It seems predictable that there could be something wrong with the diode and magnetron to blow the fuses and they should have been looked at on the first visit. But I probably wouldnt have spent that much and just gone and bought a new microwave.

Tech was knowledgeable. Courteous and friendly.

I received an automated call from NHA during the window of time the service was to be completed. Vince and Jake reached my home shortly after. They worked together to troubleshoot why my dishwasher wasn't cleaning properly. Multiple tests were conducted in order to determine the cause of the problem. A solution was reached promptly. They will return in two days with a replacement part and will complete the repair. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional.

Both problems were assessed effiently and dealt with quickly. The technician had the parts that he needed on his truck, so there was no second visit to install a part.

We called and scheduled an appointment on the same day! Vince came right on time. He was pleasant and professional, diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate. Upon agreement, Vince took out and showed me the burnt out lid switch. He made sure the washer was functioning upon completion of the service call.

I got a 15 minute warning of them coming from an automated call without even an option of confirming that anyone was home! Did you expect we'd be home all day? Luckily we were! I expected much more notice. Otherwise, I was happy they could get the job done on a Monday after a holiday weekend. It took 10 minutes to find and remove the bad part and was quoted the $232 price after coupon. I questioned why it was so expensive to replace a $15 part and was told the cost was due to a $60 part replaced by a Samsung qualified technician. Ok, even car dealer mechanics don't charge that type of hourly rate. Total price gouging to which I will call someone else that is a bit more fair in their pricing. Sure, I could have paid their $70 service call fee and told them no but that's not right either! Be warned. Total time in the house was 20 minutes for about a $500 per hour rate - absurd. Ok, add some travel time and maybe it's a $400 hourly rate. I'm in the wrong line of business.

Tech arrived on time and was cordial. Immediately put on shoe booties before walking into living room. Tech had all parts needed to make repairs. Price was given before repairs were made and completed in a timely manner.

The technician was on time, mindfull of a sleeping baby, and was done with his work in a timely manner.

Excellent, Technician Darrin was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept us informed throughout the service call. He also provided expert advice on other parts of the unit. He definitely knew what he was talking about and I would highly recommend him for any service calls you need.

After explaining the issue on the phone and providing the model information, the technician, Derek, came prepared with parts he assumed might be needed based on the description of the problem. He was personable, fast and efficient. He fixed the problem and even cleaned up after himself. We were very satisfied with the service.

Excellent. Serviceman troubleshot the problem right away and gave great free advice on what to do right away to help improve the situation and what to do in the future should problems arise again.

The repair technician had the problem diagnosed quickly,had the necessary replacement parts on the truck, gave me a price on the installation of new icemaker and installed it. He was professional and explained what the problem was and why a replacement was necessary.

I would definitely use them again. On time, professional, and job was done to my satisfaction
