Went great! Jake was polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do to fix the problem and fixed it quickly. Would definitely use this company in the future (hoping we won’t have to though).

Mike worked long and hard, even consulting with people in the shop. He did not give up and eventually got information that got the broiler to work without having to purchase any replacement parts. I was very happy with the outcome!

I called NHA before noon and received same day service. Jake D. was really efficient and professional. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

We had Jake Doerneman with Nebraska Home Appliance come out and fix our dishwasher. He was great and very professional. He fixed our dishwasher in about an hour by replacing the sump pump. I'm very happy withe the work that was done!

NHA was called about a problem with our refrigerator. The phone rep was so nice and set up an appointment. They called back and had to delay by two days to wait for LG to ship a part! The part did arrive and Mike came out! He was so nice! He tested a couple if things to trouble shoot and found the problem! It only took about 15 minutes! He fixed the problem! He was very fast, curious and did not leave any mess! I can not thank him enough!

Field Service Technician, Jake Doerneman, did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and thoroughly inspecting our dryer. He was able to repair it quickly and get it back up and running. Would definitely hire him in the future!

Darrin Schmid was the field service Technician... Excellent service !!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, courteous.. I would definitely call Nebraska Home Appliance back again for repairs - i had the washer covered under warranty- so there was no charge- however if I did not have a warranty I would definitely call NE home appliance for any service that they have available .. They call ahead also to let let you know they are on there way ..very punctual !!! Excellent service !!!

I really appreciate the communication from Nebraska Home Appliance. The day prior to my appointment I received an e-mail reminder of the appointment time window. It included a picture of the technician, Darrin Schmid. The day of the appointment I received an automated call letting me know that Darrin was on his way. He put shoe covers on before entering my home, a respectful practice. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my washer and dryer. He is qualified and personable. I have called upon Nebraska Home Appliance several times for various needs and highly recommend them!

After I called Samsung and explained the Technician was here and told me what was wrong, said this should be completely covered under warranty since Frig/Ice Maker was NOT a year old yet. I had to have a visit w/the Rep on the other end, but after 40 minutes, she granted an extended Warrranty for Frig/Ice Maker to cover ALL parts & labor. I could not or would not have known this, had I not had NE Appliance come and check out the issue. Thank you Shannon for a job well done. He is our guy for ALL servicing of our appliances since we moved here in 2016.

The repairman Vince Dussetschieger. Trouble shot and replace a thermostat. Vince was very professional and friendly. I will ask for Vince when I need my appliances repaired.

Jake was fantastic from start to finish. Came in started right to work, explained the update and new parts he would be installing. Took a wee bit of time to thaw the ice ball in the maker but once that was done, smooth sailing to install new parts. We are so hopeful that this is the final fix for this ice maker. He was neat and tidy, cleaning up as he went and made a final wipe down of everything, a true professional. Thank you, Jake.

Nebraska Home Appliance researched the problem, contacted the manufacturer, ordered replacement parts under warranty, then came back when the parts came in to install them. Vince and Mike were very prompt, professional, and efficient. They were very friendly and courteous while on this service call. The job was completed quickly and the problem was solved.

Very professional and friendly. Worked quickly, and frig is working again. Price for part and service was more than fair. First time I've had an appliance repair company (man) that I actually trusted. I would recommend and will use this company in the future! LG- 3 drawer frig/freezer. We use basically for beverages and some frozen items, frig is kept in laundry room. Unit is 10 years old, spent about 1500.00- hated to toss w/o even trying. LG's seems to have a shorter life than other brands. Have had many units higher and lower in cost- first time one went out on us.

Got appointment quickly and was on time. Service was quick and well explained. Water was leaking into refrigerator. Problem explained and parts replaced. Service man was professional but did forget to dry up water that had leaked into the unit. Would hire again.

This is the second time in 3 years that the igniter went out in my Samsung free standing range. The first repair company, one year ago, was a joke and I refused to allow the warranty people send them back to cover the repair. I was giving an appointment with Nebraska Home Appliance and two days later Nebraska Home Appliance was at my door. What an AWESOME company and Tech!!!! Jake the tech arrived with the igniter in hand and the part was in and oven working again in about 30 minutes. I use my oven a great deal so I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the prompt and efficient work done by the tech and company. So yes I highly recommend Nebraska Home Appliance for all you appliance repair work.

Vince and his team did an amazing job! Vince was always on time, friendly, clearly very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I’d hire these guys again should any of my other appliances need service.

The service men tried finding replacement springs on the web, but were unsuccessful. Later they called back to say their "boss" knew where there were some and to get them ordered. Thety returned 5 days later and replaced the spring and the machine is back to working properly
