The technicians Vince and AB were very polite, well dressed, and professional. They wore booties over their shoes which was very nice. They explained well what needed done and the pricing. Although it wasn’t worth the cost to repair because I could buy a microwave cheaper, they still gave me 30 days to change my mind. They also take the fee to come out off the work cost if you agree to the work.

Our technician, Jake D, was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently to repair our Samsung dryer. We highly recommend Nebraska Home Appliance!

A week ago I dropped a full 32 oz bottle of juice and it hit the front of my stainless steal freezer door causing a dent. I went on U-tube and tried to find a way of getting the dent out myself. Alas, nothing worked. I call several home stores to see if they had any ideas, as well as, auto body stores to see if they had a small suction cup....still no!! I then resorted to calling LG directly and she told me that the only option was to replace the door front. She gave me the part number and the number of Nebraska home appliance to install. I called them right away and they were so helpful. They booked my appointment and we were set. The next day i received a call from them stating that they were going to order the part direct from LG and that would save me money. The day of the appointment they kept me informed as to the status of my tech. I could even check the status of his other jobs in relationship to mine so I had a good a good idea when he would be coming. He arrived on time and did an excellent job repairing my freezer. It looks beautiful and is as good as new!! I would definitely recommend Nebraska Home Appliance to anyone needing appliance work. They were wonderful!

When we called to make appointment we were asked the type of machine and what it was doing. Made appointment. On appointment day received a call in morning offering to come earlier. The technician, Jake, called ahead and was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the pump with him. Installed the pump and cleaned up in a short time.

Repairman didn't have part to make repair but returned the next day (Saturday) with needed part and completed repair.

I called this company the day my refrigerator stopped working. It was after hours and I left a message with the call center. The following day they called me back and I scheduled an appointment with this company. I work in Omaha and live in Plattsmouth. I asked the technician to give me a 30 minute warning and they put that in the job notes. The company also sends an email the day before the appointment to show you the picture of the technician and confirm your appointment. The technician arrived on time and did the job within a short amount of time. He also gave me a recommendation on how to help keep the refrigerator working for many more years.

Angie's list pulled up as serving my area but they do not.

Vince and Austin arrived in a timely manner. They were professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and made the repairs. Vince and Austin are fantastic customer service techs. They fixed the problem and treated us with the utmost respect answering questions we had. I will recommend Nebraska Home Appliance to everyone. Great service!

The technicians were punctual and professional and completed the work in a timely and quality manner. They explained the issue well and got our machine back to normal. I would hire again.

Darrin and a trainee showed up on time, looked at the unit and fixed the noise problem. Also cleaned our condenser. It was quick and efficient and I received explanations as to what caused the problem and what they had done to alleviate this.

After thinking we had fixed it ourselves the dishwasher failed again. They came out, ran a diagnosis and found the main computer module was failing. They replaced it right there and was gone in no time.

Had to get a new board installed. Jake did an awesome job. Neat guy.

It went well, my stove is working properly again! I didn't expect it to cost as much as it did since I ordered my own parts, but it did take the tech Mike around 2 hours. He was very nice and professional & I will hire again if need be. Also, they did have a $15 coupon I used, so that helped.

I'm very happy with the service from Nebraska Home Appliance. They were able to get someone out the same day I called, their field technician showed up as scheduled, and he was very professional in his work. He took great care to avoid scratching the wood floors while examining the dishwasher which was very appreciated.

Service was completed in 45 mins. Kyle was very professional and quick!

I called Nebraska Home Appliance to help fix a loud sound coming from our dryer a couple days ago. They arrived on time today with the parts required to fix the dryer based on my Samsung model. Fortunately, they found lint, crud, and paper around the barrel/vent that was causing the sound. They cleaned it up and it was fixed within 30 minutes. The gentlemen were very professional and kind. I have used Nebraska Home Appliance before and have always been impressed with their service. The service fee is waived if you choose to have them fix the appliance.

Kyle was able to test various microwave issues and found bad diode. Replaced diode. Microwave works fine! Cost of repair was reasonable compared to price of new Over Range Convection Microwave! I would use again if needed!

Very polite and prompt. Would highly recommend. Replaced the whole unit and caulked the ice maker. Cleaned up after himself as well.

Derek was awesome! After a different company tried to fix the ice maker twice, Derek finally got it fixed! He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. He worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Everything went very smoothly. Vince and Tanner were very pleasant and professional, and they were particularly patient with our rambunctious/needy/overly friendly goldendoodle, even as he “helped” as Tanner was lying on the floor looking underneath the dishwasher. :-) A part was needed and Vince made sure to go over pricing before doing the work. No surprises! I highly recommend using Nebraska Home Appliance.
