Description of Work: When I moved into my home, I noticed that the dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes well. I had the company (Shane was the tech) come out and evaluate the machine. He completely cleaned the dishwasher and lowered the drain so the dirty water would not backwash. He also gave me tips on what detergents to use and how to maintain the machine between professional cleanings. Very happy with the service.

Description of Work: Washer was leaking. They checked the washer and found the leak coming from the water hose. Their cost to replace the 2 hoses ($9.99 each) was $168. This included the $75 trip charge. |I have used this company for many years and have always been very satisfied. I was disappointed with the technicians who came out and the somewhat new pricing codes for labor.

Thank you for leaving us this feedback, and we do appreciate you as a customer. My records indicate that the quoted price including your discount was $142.99 plus tax to include sending out a factory trained technician to diagnose the source of your leak and rule out additional leaks from internal components, including disassembling the machine and checking all other possible sources of water leakage. The quote provided (142.99 + tax) would include replacing the two supply hoses with no-burst stainless supply lines, and guaranteeing the parts and labor for a period of 90 days. We do try to keep prices as low as possible, but our first priority is quality and superior workmanship. If you decide you would like to proceed with the repairs, we would be happy to apply the service call fee toward this quoted work. Again, we do appreciate having the opportunity to diagnose your machine, and we are happy to assist in the future.

Description of Work: He repaired our double oven, which just needed to be recalibrated, when we thought the element had gone out. He was able to determine the problem rapidly and fix it with a phone call to get the recalibration numbers. We were extremely happy with their courteous and prompt response and how honest they were in fixing a minor problem without creating a major one. They came in the time frame they had promised, which we appreciated very much, having dealt with other companies in which we waited hours past their scheduled time.
