I really appreciated the fact that with each step of the job they checked and double checked the padding and carpet to ensure that everything was properly and securely laid. They did a really good job stretching the carpet. The clean up was good as well.

 + -1 moreWe contacted this company, because we had heard that they provided a wide array of services and have reasonable prices. They were patient, kind and considerate and they also did a very nice job of installing our new carpet.
Description of Work: When we needed to carpet in our basement walk-out area, we immediately made contact with Nebraska Furniture Mart. We needed to find a carpet that would be somewhat stain resistant, because we have a dog and did not want dog hair or dog markings to show in that area of our home. This company not only provided us with many carpet samples, but helped us choose a brown carpet that suited our needs.

 + -1 moreOur new carpet looks very nice. The guys who installed it did a great job. They even took out the furniture and pulled up the old carpet for us which was very nice of them. They also took it with them when they left so that we didn't have to worry about getting rid of it ourselves.

 + -1 moreThey did a wonderful job and the carpet was installed perfectly. It looks great and I am very pleased with the job they did. It is a high quality carpet and they have a good choice of carpets to pick from. The installers were on time, got in and out quickly and cleaned up very well.
Description of Work: The carpet installers put in a short weave new carpet in my two bedrooms. They removed the old carpet and hauled it away. We moved all the furniture before they got here.

 + -1 moreI was not very pleased with the service because they got the measurements wrong and the carpet was not laid correctly. The price was fairly reasonable and they were friendly. I think that you could just blame it on some bad judgment on someones part. I would recommend them to people though because I am sure that it doesn't happen a lot.
Description of Work: We had about 1000 square feet of carpet installed in the living room and hallways.

 + -1 moreThey really had a difficult time removing the old carpet. There were only two guys but as far as laying the new carpet they were very skilled in doing so. They were also very courteous and very tidy while they were in my home.
Description of Work: They installed carpet in my 14x20 square foot room and also put it in the hallway and stairs. This included the padding and the scotch guard. They also removed the old carpet in the process.

 + -1 moreThe carpet itself was crap but the installation of padding and carpet was high. They did do a good job and it looked very nice. I thought it was high priced, but other than that I liked the job. I would recommend their services.

 + -1 moreThe person that Nebraska Furniture Mart sent out to fix our dishwasher control knew exactly what was wrong and it took no time at all for them to fix the problem. You don't deal with the same people all the time but I thought the person they sent out was good.
Description of Work: They repaired our dishwasher as the digital on off control didn't work. It was under warranty.

I would have thought that they would get things done right the first time so they didn't have to return to my home this many times.

 + -1 moreI didn t care for the job they did because there was a seam that showed up. He said it would go away, but it never did. They never would come out to fix it either. He cleaned up real well and the carpet is nice. They re the only company around here that carries a good choice of carpet.

 + -1 moreThey were very polite and prompt with their first visit, however they tore the whole washer apart and couldn t repair it. They left and it took about 4 days to bring another one in. We were very frustrated with our experience and had to wash at the laundry mat, which was another unexpected cost.
