I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price without any hassel.

A.J. was great when she helped me to choose a carpet. She set up the delivery/installation time. I was disappointed when the installer was two and a half hours late. When I called the carpet department the first time, I was told the installers would arrive in a half hour. After two hours, I was "handled" and told that the installers would arrive as soon as they could. When the installers finally arrived, they did great work.

Very nice, ran into a few sales people who were pushy, but found one I could work with.

This company was very accommodating to us. The sales person was very helpful in showing us the bedroom sets and discussing the different aspects of each. They delivered the bedroom set when it was scheduled for and set it in the room we asked them to.

Punctual. Arrived early for the appointment. Professional in their manner, volunteered information about the care of the appliances.

They did great work. The carpet that they removed came from Omaha and the quality was very poor and it was laid incorrectly. We had certain requests and they compiled and did everything that we asked them to do. The only complaint that I had is that they sent the carpet out on the day that it was supposed to be laid and it was too cold and too stiff to be laid because it had been in their warehouse. They had to wait until the next day to install the carpet and I just felt like they should have known that at the warehouse. They should have sent the carpet out the day before instead of waiting until the day that it was supposed to be installed.

Be very careful when having carpet installed from the mart. When they call and tell you who's coming and when, if it's a man named Dan, say no. I had my carpet installed Wednesday (the 11th) and by Friday (the 13th) all of my stairs had come lose and the seam cut in front of my fire place pulled away from the other piece of carpet. As it turns out, the stairs and the piece in front of the fire place were not tacked down. One of the "specialists" is supposed to be here on the 16th to check it out and hopefully fix it.

They spent a lot of time on my carpet. They did a wonderful job on my carpet, and they were on time to get started with their job. Our insurance company paid for the new carpet. I do believe they over charged our insurance company.

We bought our carpet at a discount and had Nebraska Furniture Mart come to install it. They did an excellent job and it took three guys about four hours to complete the work. There were no seams or tacks visible.

They did the entire carpeting job of our home. They did a great job and they worked very hard to leave a wonderful impression. In just watching them install all of the carpet looked very hard. After the carpet was installed, we knew the price we paid was worth it.

Nebraska Furniture Mart did a very poor job while installing the flooring in our home. They covered up a vent with tile and every room of carpeting has a buckle in it. They did not stretch the carpets correctly either. They did come back out to put new carpet in, but they still would not stretch it again without additional payment. This was a terrible idea to have Nebraska Furniture Mart install our flooring and I would never call this company again.

Their quality of the work was very good. I would say that they did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. They were on time and friendly. The prices were extremely reasonable and I thought that the floor was very nice. I would say that they are a trustworthy and honest company all around.

Nebraska Furniture Mart did a wonderful job with our marble counter-top. Their services are not cheap when it comes to marble, but marble is not cheap anywhere you go. We found that this company offers a whole variety of services for the home.

There were a couple of issues due to miss ordering but other than that, the guys did a great job. This company has done flooring for me before and they have a history of good workers, dependability and honesty. They were professional, courteous and got the job done in a jiffy. They cleaned everything up really well. I have recommended them to some friends.

The carpeting didn't fit well up against the hallway carpeting and they tried several times to repair it. Finally, they brought another piece of carpet and patched it. It looks fine now. They didn't charge us for this patch-up job.

They gave us a good estimate and so we hired them on the spot. We had them start as soon as possible. After we picked out the carpet we wanted, they delivered it and installed it. The floor downstairs is so soft and looks so good that I wouldn t mind having them redo the rest of our home.

The company was actually subcontracted from Nebraska Furniture Mart and they did a really good job installing the flooring. They showed up on time, and the workmen got right to work. I was very pleased with their service.

I am not going to say that this place is the best because I really did not think that they were that great at all. I just thought that they could have done a little better for the price I had to pay them. They kind of seemed to rush a little bit, and that was very displeasing. I guess everything is ok now, but I don't think I would use their services again.

The two men did a fabulous job placing the padding and stretching the carpet properly. They were prompt, skilled and fast at getting the carpet down. They did a good clean up job as well. The carpet looked good when it was all done.

The installer kept going in and out the door, and we paid for a lot of carpet that we didn t get. He changed the seams to go in a different direction, and the carpet was real crunchy in the hallway. Some of the carpet had a different pattern and didn t match. I am very unhappy with the carpet, and it looks terrible.

Nebraska Furniture Mart did the seams poorly, and they had to return to fix them. The second time they came out, they were just as polite as the first time. I gave them an average grade because I was always taught to do things right the first time.

Nebraska Furniture Mart did a great job with the bathroom. It really helped make the bathroom a little more comfortable. It only took them a couple of hours to install the carpeting. I was pleased with the service that they provided me with.

They did a nice job showing up when they said they would and they did a good job installing the carpet. The only complaint we had was the stretching of the carpet. He didn t stretch the whole carpet, just an area. We were not pleased with those results, but would hire them for installation.

We wouldn't use any other company. We have been using them for years and they have never let us down. They have always shown up on time and on the day that was scheduled. They also did a great job with the clean-up.

Four men arrived on time and ready to work. They were very hard workers, and they did two rooms at a time. The padding was perfectly laid, and they did a good job of stretching the carpet. There weren't any bumps in the carpet, and they worked non-stop until the job was done, which was the same day.
