They have reasonable prices that compare with the great customer satisfaction that they have. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: They installed carpet on my living room stairs and in the living room. They also installed new vinyl in our bathroom. I am not sure of the square footage.

Description of Work: Nebraska Furniture Mart sold and installed 3 rooms of carpeting approximately 5600 square feet. They moved the furniture out and moved it back as they installed.

 + -1 moreThey were very polite and prompt with their first visit, however they tore the whole washer apart and couldn t repair it. They left and it took about 4 days to bring another one in. We were very frustrated with our experience and had to wash at the laundry mat, which was another unexpected cost.
Description of Work: I was having problems with the motor in my washing machine. They tried to repair it and couldn t, so they ended up having to replace it.

 + -1 moreSomeone was suppose to come out and give us an estimate and he never showed up at his scheduled time. He then called the next day and was upset that we would not be home for him to come by. He called us four times that day to come out and was extremely rude to us. We chose to have another company install our carpet.

 + -1 moreTheir sales and service people were easy to talk to and that made it easier and comfortable doing business with them. Their quality of work was guaranteed 100% and if there was any problems they would make it right. We didn't have any problems with their work of course and we were satisfied. They cleaned up and nothing was broken during the installation either.

 + -1 moreTwo men showed up as scheduled and they were very quick at their work. They were efficient and they also helped me move some heavy furniture in which they didn't have to. After completion, they helped replace the furniture. The carpet looked great when they were done.

 + -1 moreIt was the funniest thing, one day my refrigerator was keeping everything cold and the next day it wasn't. I couldn't, for the life of me figure out why, so I called a repair man. The gentleman came right out and knew just what the problem was and fixed it. Now my refrigerator works super.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was not running properly and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I had to have a new filter installed in my double door refrigerator.

 + -1 moreI didn t like the way they installed the carpet on the stairway. There was a flaw in the carpet that I noticed and it either happened when they were laying the carpet or before it came out of the factory, but either way they should have noticed it. I would never hire them again because their quality really could have been a lot better.

They did a good job laying all the carpets too. They run a good business all the way around from their sales people to the crew they sent out.

 + -1 moreThey did a fine job with everything. They did the removal and hauled away the old carpet at no cost or such a little cost I didn t even notice it. We paid extra to have them move all of the furniture and they did a good job at that as well. They sublet the work, but the contractors did good work. The company was very cooperative.

They were very respectful and polite. It hardly took them anytime to complete the job which was great, and so was the clean up.

They were so respectful that when we were leaving they asked us if they could set their radio out of their truck and listen to it while we were gone. They did a wonderful job and the clean up was great.

They worked hard from start to finish. They hauled off and cleaned up all messes. I was very pleased with them. I am unsure of the price they charged me for the installation.

They had someone here to fix it the next day. They also cleaned up well. I hauled away the old carpet myself. They gave us free installation with the purchase of the carpet.

 + -1 moreThe floors really look nice and the workers did a great job. I thought that was really great of this company not to push us to pay extra for the labor because of the estimate they gave us. A lot of companies would make you pay the extra so we did get a great price on this floor. It s a beautiful, high quality porcelain tile. We would definitely recommend them. They cleaned up really nice.
Description of Work: The work crew installed thirteen boxes of thirteen-inch square porcelain tile on our kitchen floor, down the short hallway, the downstairs bath, and the living room. They removed the flooring except for the kitchen, because it was already removed. When they gave us an estimate, they made a mistake and forgot to add the cost of the labor, and they let it go, because of the estimate they gave us.
